"My daughter and I stayed at MPH for three nights in early July. While the hotel has some lovely features, our overall experience was unfortunately impacted by several avoidable issues. We were initially given a room with a window rather than a balcony, which was due to an error by the booking agent—not the hotel. We requested a swap, but no balcony rooms were available. That said, the room was clean, modern, and the beds were comfortable. We also really enjoyed the breakfast—fresh and well-prepared. The hotel is located in a fairly remote area, and with the on-site restaurant closed during our stay, we had to drive out every evening to find dinner. We stayed in Room 1, which is right next to reception. Unfortunately, this made for a very disturbed first night due to loud noise and what sounded like shouting during the night. We requested a room change and were moved to a room on the first floor, which was thankfully much quieter. On the second evening, we returned to the hotel around 10pm hoping to have a drink at the bar, but were told it closed at 8pm and only soft drinks were available. That night, however, we did manage to get a good night’s sleep. On our final night, we came back to loud music and a full DJ party by the pool and garden area. This was quite a shock, especially as we needed to wake at 6am for a four-hour drive to the airport and from the car in the UK. I called reception at 11:30pm to ask when the music would end, as the bass was extremely loud and disturbing. I was told it was a birthday party. When I pointed out that it was a Monday and some guests might have work or early travel, the receptionist replied that it "shouldn't affect me since I was on vacation." That response was disappointing and dismissive. Overall, this is a nice hotel with a great pool, good breakfast, and mostly polite, helpful staff. But the lack of consistency and poor communication about noise disruptions seriously affected our stay. Had I known in advance about these issues—particularly the late-night events and limited dining/bar options—I would have chosen a different hotel."

"A new hotel located on a Blue Flag beach providing all you need for a great break whether for a weekend or a week which is what we stayed for. Everything was spotless with an on-site spa, pool, and attached beach club with sun beds both in the grounds and on the beach itself. Without exception the service from the attentive staff was excellent with the star being Valentina. We had an issue with our hire car which I was having difficulty in resolving not least because of my lack of Italian but Valentina became involved and took it upon herself to sort the issue out which she did. This involved multiple phone calls and a deal of patience on her side but she was brilliant. She also ensured we were able to get back to Catania airport at the end of our stay as the hire car was not returned to us."

"8-dagars resa-trek i Modicas vackra område: Vi har alltid varit bra i Sicilien, men detta var verkligen speciellt!! Strukturen är i form av "utbredd hotell" inom ett suggrannt historiskt palats i stil barock-sicill: vi är för övrigt i området med den berömda och vackra Noto! De två damer som driver det - riktigt underbara ägare! - är mycket vänliga och mycket vänliga, och alla inre har sina fingeravtryck: extrem renhet, mycket breda och ljusa gemensamma miljöer, retro atmosfär från djup men mycket elegant Sicilien. Eftersom vi var en grupp kunde vi också njuta av kvällsrestaurang service: vi serverade sju middagar med riktigt läckra och välrenommerade modicanska traditioner, olika menyer för varje kväll, rikliga bärgningar ... och så mycket glädje! Under veckan har vi nästan alltid gått och därför har även frukost varit riklig och mycket varierande, med frukt tillgänglig. Sammanfattningsvis .... en vacker upplevelse, av dem som du vill att vid starten med hela hjärtat stanna !!"

This agriturismo has it all: the wonderful roomy airconditioned Chamber, spotlessly cleaned every day (we were here 6 days), the royal swimming pool with jacuzzi and enough loungebeds and parasols for everyone, the wonderful staff that does its utmost to please you and know your preferences very quickly, abundant breakfast, great restaurant, quality wines, We booked through their OWN website!!! "Beautiful hotel in Modica - we stayed for 4 nights over Easter and the hotel, location and staff were amazing. Each room is a converted house, meaning they're individual/characterful and a real taste of Sicily. Breakfast in the garden was delicious, and the pool (just about warm in April!) was spectacular with views over the town. Modica itself is really special - and captivated us (including our 10 and 12 year old). I'd recommend Casa Talia unconditionally!"

"Denna B&B är en villa med 4 rum bakomliggande med egen ingång och frukostrum. Vi hade ett rymligt, lugnt och rent rum och badrum. morgonen en omfattande frukost och en mycket gästfri service. Parkering kan vara på egen mark (gratis) men för upp till 2 till 3 bilar beroende på den stora. Vi har parkerat 1 natt på gatan där det fanns tillräckligt med utrymme. Alla med en fin vistelse och säkert en rekommenderar i Modica."

"Just a perfect spot to stay in with the family. Both toddler and teenager had a fabulous time playing around the villa. It was so quiet and nothing was too much trouble for our host Gianni. He welcomed us with all the information we required and made us instantly feel at home. Our rooms were adjoining leading out to the lovely terrace. All was clean and practical. Communal fully equipped kitchen was a blessing for the family. Outdoor area is bliss and a wide variety of facilities offered. Place needs a little TLC but everything we needed functioned well. The EV charging stations were such a relief especially after a day driving around Sicily. I'd highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway in the peaceful laid back serenity of Modica."

"B&B very nice and comfortable clean room with new furnishings. We were only one night but we found ourselves very good for the distance from the center. The very available and nice breakfast owner made us find hot cornets just swallowed. The last thing not least important was to forget a room ring that the owner found and returned Most Advisable!!!"
