The shower was clogged, there was dampness, a broken window, electrical outlets sparked, and the towels were dirty. The mattress and pillows were old, dirty, and uncomfortable. "We had a reservation to ski today and tomorrow in Granada, but due to the strong storm, intense rain and active weather alerts, the trip from Jerez was clearly dangerous. We noticed it in advance and only requested a postponement of the reservation to another day, without requesting money return. Shielding in rigid policies even when there are weather alerts and real risk on roads shows a total lack of professionalism and sensitivity to customers. It is a pity to check that, in exceptional situations, the only thing that matters is to charge, not the safety of people. We will not reserve again and, of course, we do not recommend it."

"The location is great - right near the slopes for easy access. However, the accommodations are very basic - uncomfortable beds, no soap provided in the bathroom, poorly controllable heating system.
