"Nice hotel located in a great natural environment. The rooms are spacious but quite cold if you come in winter time or in a summer cold evening. There is no heating in the room. Breakfast is decent but lacks variety. The SPA is paid as an extra and it’s outdated. Too expensive for the quality of the service."

"The hotel is in a beautiful location with several different types of rooms. It was supposed to be 4*. We stayed at the cheaper hotel although it was not cheap. The spa and treatment was good. The service was terrible as there was no tea and coffee in the rooms. They only provided water on the first day. There was no room service in a 4* hotel!! The reception I our hotel was part time and you had to contact the main reception a 5 minute walk away, this was disconcerting for me. The food at breakfast was less than adequate and they ran out of teabags on our 2nd day!! It's a remote location so we had dinner at their restaurant. The food was awful. There were 2 options fish and duck. The fish has become tough and was tasteless and the duck was tasteless. My husband and I had salads and bread. Definitely wouldn't recommend it"

"Waste of money. I’m currently here now and after paying a fortune, they say we have to pay 15euros to access the spa. Okay fine, now we go to the spa and they say it’s 15 euros for 1.5 hours. They say it’s on the website but I searched everywhere çant see that. We also paid extra for a Luxury room and they only give coffee in the Suites which are 500 euros. Do not come here."

"Mitt rum var inte redo så jag fick en gratis drink.Tyvärr var det omöjligt att använda som bar där du kunde hävda att den var stängd och de skulle inte låta dig använda den någon annanstans. Även restaurangen var inte ens halvfull och de skulle inte gå in.Mycket konstigt.Även om rummet var trevligt och rent och poolområdet var trevligt.Mycket bergsbygden så olämplig för dem som inte kan klättra många steg"
