Rummet jag bodde 101 hade en stor balkong direkt till stranden och hotellpoolen.Frukost var bra.Standard engelska och kontinentala med dagliga förändringar av lokala specialiteter.En stor mängd Mueslie och extra."

"Very good hotel. Rooms spotless and large. We were in family suites. Great location of a variety of small beaches and only 15 mins by bus no 409 to Varna and only 2 Lev (£1) which I would recommend to go to. Lidl around the corner of hotel which was very convenient for basics. Pool very good clean and quiet. Sunbeds never a problem. 5 min walk to beach, restaurants etc. If you are looking for kids entertainment then it's not that kind of holiday. We have 2 teenage daughters who loved both the hotel and the area. Would definitely recommend both hotel and location 9/10. If I was being highly critical then I would recommend more variety of food at breakfast although the quality was good."

"Nice apartments but a bit small. Cleaner comes in every 2-3 days. Took towels without replacing them for 2 days so we have our own that we wash and keep on the balcony. Could do with having a brush or mop to keep the floors clean on days the cleaners don’t come especially after a day at the beach. Beds don’t get changed either and we were there for 2 weeks but there’s a small washing machine so we wash our own bedding. Just hard to dry as not a lot of room on the balcony. Staff are really friendly the pool area is immaculate and location is only a 10min walk to the beach and 20 min walk from the main tourist attractions with plenty to see and do. There is a shop across the road and the staff there are lovely. "

"It won't be easy to find an open door and someone waiting for you at this hotel located in the upper part of town quite far from the seaside, parking on the street in front of the establishment. The person who welcomed us (reservations made on Booking) was the cleaning lady who spoke only Bulgarian and we were able to communicate via a telephone translator, it is in your interest to understand everything about how it works the first time and ask the right questions, because more person after 2 minutes, you will be alone in the establishment with other tourists (Bulgarians and Russians during our stay). Otherwise the room we chose was on the 3rd floor with a small balcony and sea view (far away of course), nice surface and clean overall (you should not look in the corners and on the doors), small refrigerator starting to flee, the lack of maintenance is glaring here, it must have been superb 10 years ago!! you are even encouraged not to eat breakfast because it is supposedly of poor quality (maybe the wife doesn't want to get up early to prepare it?). So it was breakfast outside and in a good atmosphere! Bathroom Bulgarian toilet with shower in a corner and watering the whole! Establishment just good for a visit."

"Hon stannade i ett överlägsen dubbelrum med balkong i tre nätter.Receptionisten kontrollerade oss effektivt, men hon var inte särskilt vänlig. Samma flicka var där när vi kollade ut, när hon bestämde sig för att komma in och prata med någon utanför.Hon frågade om det fanns några problem, men när jag berättade om något hon bara slog hennes axlar. Rummet är fint, sängen var bekvämt och bra luftkonditionering.Duschen var verkligen bra och kraftfull, men en av duschdörrarna saknades (i själva verket låg den mot väggen utanför på hallen - kanske underhållsmannen var på semester). Men vattnet var över golvet också.Det största problemet med duschen är att vattnet fyller mycket snabbt i duschkartan så jag var tvungen att stanna och börja medan jag väntade på att vattnet skulle dras bort. Sänken verkade inte vara säker, om du fäste dig på den, det verkade som om den skulle falla ur väggen.Frukost är bredvid hotellet, och var mycket kontinental. Mat som såg ut som spaghetti baserat, kanske två val av spannmål, melon och lite frukt.Vi hade lite bröd och kaffe (kaffe var bra).Men jag märkte inte kryddor eller pastor osv. Vi hade det bara första morgonen och brydde oss inte om att få det efter det.Bra supermarknad över gatan. Dessutom några snabbmatshus/båsar. Baren över från hotellet verkar ha bulgariska sångare de flesta nätter - definitivt inte vår kopp te, och resulterade i att vi drog oss tillbaka från balkongen för att undvika att höra det!Det är uppenbarligen vårt problem och inget att göra med hotellet. En stor sak att notera om du inte inser från beskrivningen, även om det nämns, är att det inte finns någon hiss, så om trappor är en olägenheter för dig, är detta inte hotellet du behöver.Det är bara några minuter till blomstraden. För att sammanfatta vår vistelse var det tillräckligt, men jag skulle förmodligen inte återvända. "

"My friend and I decided to visit Sunny Beach and we just chose a random hotel. It turned out to be a comfortable experience and we are very happy with the hotel. The room was standard with a hair dryer, mini-fridge, nice air-conditioning, a balcony and an ironing board in the hallway just outside. Both the bathroom and the main room were really clean. I could not see a spot of dirt or stains anywhere. I even checked the mattress, and it looked brand new. The hotel is also very quiet at night and you don’t get disturbed by the partying in town when you want to sleep. It seemed that the reception was manned 24/7 and it felt safe. The family that runs the hotel is really friendly and I can tell they are working hard to keep the rooms in good condition. They are also helpful with anything you might need. For instance; They drove us to a far away beach for a good price when we didn’t want to travel with the local taxi cars. They have a pool, which we didn’t try, but we checked it out and it looked squeaky clean as well. We also felt safe with leaving our belongings in the room, such as passports and expensive clothing. Oh, and the hotel is located in a good spot. It is close enough to the beach, close to restaurants, supermarket etc. They even offered free parking when we rented a car."
