"Ett mycket slitet hotell: rummet hade sliten heltäckningsmatta (hej dammkvalster!), en smutsig fåtölj, rangliga möbler och enkellakan för en dubbelsäng… det enda positiva var havsutsikten. Välkomnandet var ljummet, inte alls vänligt, och visade ingen empati när vi fick en parkeringsbot eftersom hotellets parkeringsplats hade anvisats dåligt för oss vid ankomsten. Hotellet är dåligt beläget högst upp i Neum, långt från "stranden" (varav tre fjärdedelar är reserverad för gäster på Grand Hotel), och långt från restauranger. Vid vår sista frukost, efter ankomsten av en stor grupp, var buffén helt tom trots vår tidiga ankomst (7:30) och inte påfylld: inga fler bakverk, och vi var tvungna att insistera på att de skulle fylla på med frukt (oätlig, hård som trä). Det är verkligen oacceptabelt att de inte förutsåg detta! Deras kunder är uppenbarligen inte en prioritet!"

"Vi tillbringade tre nätter på detta hotell som en del av en organiserad tur. Det är ett härligt och bekvämt hotell, utformat för att rymma stora grupper som vår (46 resenärer + 2 guider och en chaufför). Rummen med havsutsikt och den stora matsalen erbjöd en mycket vacker utsikt."

"Stayed here as part of a Newmarket holidays tour. We were given a nice sea view room (306) with a lovely balcony to enjoy the view each evening after hectic days touring. If you have mobility issues this hotel is not suited to you as there are a lot of steps in order to get down to the restaurant or ‘beach’. One lovely lady, who uses a walker, and her daughter, who were part of our group, could not join the rest of us for breakfast or dinner due to the amount of steps, which was really sad as she could not enjoy the views like we could., they had to eat all their food at the tables in reception, away from the rest of us. Food was not very good, what little choice of an evening there was, was usually cold or at the very best warm! Not great. My hubby and I aren’t really picky when it comes to food, but we really struggled! Pool towels are provided with a deposit. If use use the pool, sun beds are free, but you have to pay to use the sun beds down at the ‘beach’ (beach is really a small concrete area with steps into the water, with a few sunbeds and umbrellas or on a floating pontoon without sun umbrellas. For the amount of people wanting to use it more umbrellas are needed, due to the intense sun/ heat. On check out, we were not leaving the hotel until 13.00, but were told we had to vacate the room by 10.00. They do not offer a complementary room in order to wash and change after using the pool or beach before departure . I was told I would have to use the outside shower up at the pool. When I explained I would want to wash and dry my hair, I was told by a receptionist that I could dry it in reception, where there were no mirrors. Ok if you have straight hair, but I don’t, I have to style it. This really is not acceptable. A few of the group did decide to sit in reception for the three hours. Great holiday but not the best ending!"
