"Arrived late at Lugu Lake, but was thoroughly comforted by the warm service of our butler, Zhaxi. **Facilities:** The amenities were excellent and fully equipped. The air conditioning was incredibly effective at heating, warming up the room instantly even late at night. The bedding was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and functional, making for a truly great stay. **Hygiene:** The entire place was spotless, with attention paid to every detail. The bedding and towels were clean and odor-free, making for a reassuring and comfortable stay. **Environment:** Boasting stunning views of Lugu Lake, it's tranquil and elegant. Waking up to such a beautiful view, away from the hustle and bustle, truly set a wonderful mood. **Service:** I absolutely have to commend our butler, Zhaxi! He greeted us warmly despite our late arrival, proactively turned on the heating to warm up the room, and was attentive and responsive to all our requests, making us feel right at home. **Afternoon Tea:** The selection was rich and exquisite, and the taste was on point. Enjoying it with the lake view was incredibly pleasant and rejuvenating. **Snacks:** Thoughtfully chosen and delicious, they were satisfying and filling, showing great attention to detail. **Minibar:** Fully stocked with drinks and snacks, and regularly replenished, making for a superb overall stay."

"Detta var en riktigt tyst och tyst vistelse på Lugu Lake.Rummet var mycket rent och bekvämt, och sjöutsikten kändes som ett perfekt ramat foto lugnt, stilla, och rakt framför dig. Det var vackert att gå ner till sjön, och en enkel 20–30 minuters promenad från sjön till Lugu stad.E-scooter är tillgängliga för hyra, även om promenad var ärligt lika trevlig. Hotellets faciliteter var utmärkta, med så mycket tanke lagts i de små detaljerna badbomber, snacks, ögonmasker alla spotless och väl underhållna.Personalen var varm och söt, och de gör också en riktigt bra kopp kaffe. Frukost var en betoning: tröstande svampsoppanötter, friska ångade gäss, ägg och andra enkla men smakfulla måltider.Och för att toppa det all a bort finns det en underbar bosatt katt. En fredlig, välinformerad vistelse som kände sig både bekväm och minnesvärd."

"This hotel is located in Nisecun Village, right next to the Gemu Goddess Mountain cable car. You can contact them in advance if you're driving; they'll let you park briefly at the hotel entrance to unload your luggage, and staff will help carry it to your room. They'll then guide you to the cable car parking lot, which is also a short walk from the hotel. We had four adults and one child, and booked two lake-view rooms. The balcony directly faces the lake, and the view is stunning! The rooms are fully equipped with a bathtub, wall-mounted washing machine, oxygen concentrator, and smart toilet. Breakfast is a buffet with a rich variety of options; the kids loved it, and we all ate our fill. When we checked out, the front desk even gave us some Pu'er tea. This place is truly worth recommending! A super five-star rating."

"The road conditions were excellent, and the hotel is located right next to the main road, making transportation convenient. Navigation took us directly to the entrance. The public areas and rooms offered great photo opportunities, with a clear view of the lake; every shot turned out beautifully. The cleaning staff cleaned the rooms daily, keeping the desks and floors spotless. The surrounding area was convenient for getting around; it was close to bonfire parties and boat rides, making the whole experience very hassle-free."

"This hotel truly exceeded my expectations! It's incredibly close to the water, and the views are absolutely stunning. I drove around the lake, and honestly, I don't think there's any other hotel that's closer to the water, and the waterside scenery is fantastic, not just being close to the water for the sake of it. Overall, I don't think there's a hotel in Lugu Lake scenic area that's closer to the water than this one. Those with better views aren't as affordable, and those that are cheaper don't have views this good. I'll share some photos I took from my hotel room and nearby!"

They showed us around their traditional 祖母屋 and told us about their family historywhich was a treat and helped us get tickets to the local bonfire event."

"We stayed for two nights. The guesthouse is conveniently located near the main entrance of Lugu Lake, with plenty of dining options nearby. Our lake-view room had a balcony with a beautiful view of Lugu Lake and was incredibly clean. There's a big, friendly dog at the guesthouse that's both cute and gentle. The owners, a lovely couple, are incredibly warm and friendly. When my boyfriend wasn't feeling well with an upset stomach, the owner went above and beyond: driving me to the clinic early in the morning to get medicine and even specially preparing some congee for him. The paid breakfast and coffee offered by the guesthouse were also delicious and excellent value for money."
