"A 100% satisfying stay, I honestly couldn't find a single flaw~ 1. The cleanliness was impeccable! They even provided a bath set and nail clippers, which shows incredible attention to detail. 2. The facilities were excellent; the room had a humidifier. The underfloor heating kept us wonderfully warm, and the shower water temperature was perfect. The restaurant also had high chairs and tableware for children. 3. The staff provided exceptional service! We truly felt looked after. They even helped us plan our sightseeing routes. A big thank you to all the staff! 4. The food at the restaurant was delicious! Since it was cold in winter, and everyone was tired from exploring all day and didn't want to go out to find food, we ended up eating at the hotel restaurant for three meals, and each one was fantastic! You could tell a lot of thought went into the breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner. Finally, two very thoughtful details: 1. Coming in winter meant big temperature swings between day and night. The staff put protective covers on our car every evening to prevent frost in the morning. This level of thoughtfulness was amazing, thank you. 2. When we ordered beer at the restaurant, the glasses were specially chilled. Haha, it felt like a 'late-night drink' kind of experience! (referencing a Japanese TV show/manga about enjoying drinks)"

I think the hotel's location is the best in the entire Da Luoshui Village; you can watch the sunrise right from your bed in the morning. The breakfast made by the auntie was also absolutely wonderful. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I come back, and I'll be recommending it to all my friends. The door lock is broken, but it may not have been fixed yet. We blocked two holes with paper, hahaha. Breakfast was also delicious: rice noodles, corn, egg, and steamed buns. "We stayed for two nights. The guesthouse is conveniently located near the main entrance of Lugu Lake, with plenty of dining options nearby. Our lake-view room had a balcony with a beautiful view of Lugu Lake and was incredibly clean. There's a big, friendly dog at the guesthouse that's both cute and gentle. The owners, a lovely couple, are incredibly warm and friendly. When my boyfriend wasn't feeling well with an upset stomach, the owner went above and beyond: driving me to the clinic early in the morning to get medicine and even specially preparing some congee for him. The paid breakfast and coffee offered by the guesthouse were also delicious and excellent value for money."

The only downside is that it's not very soundproof, so light sleepers might want to bring earplugs."
