"Söt plats nära Lynmouth och Lynton.Snygg egendom med karaktärsbelastningar.Vårt rum var riktigt stort och inkluderade TV, kylskåp, kök.Gratis wifi var mycket snabb.Frukost var läckra och lagade färsk för att beställa varje dag. Stannade i 3- nätter och tvekade inte att stanna igen."

"Mycket lugn, oskyldig ren och färsk lukt.Rummet var mycket bekvämt, välutrustat - te, kaffe, varm choklad, flaskat vatten och kakor. Frukost var varm, smakfull och mycket väl presenterad.Du väljer från en frukostmeny den föregående kvällen och den här idén fungerar säkert.Väldigt trevliga och hjälpsamma värddatorer gav oss några idéer om var man ska äta och ha en drink på. Väderet var härligt och vi njöt verkligen att besöka området igen efter en lång klyfta... vackra promenader längs floden och runt området.Tack."

We had the room with the bath in the corner (room 3) which was brilliantly quirky - we loved it. Breakfast was lovely and beautifully presented. We could not fault in any way. Fantastic hosts Daryl and Sharon made my husband and I feel very welcome and happy to help with anything we needed. And being very knowledgeable of the area helped us make decisions on what to do and where to eat. The Guest House is decorated beautifully and the views are stunning, lovely touch with the honesty bar. The breakfast was EXCELLENT lots to choose from, and the staff were so friendly and attentive especially SUE. We would highly recommend this Guest House to everyone and would love to come back soon. Our room had a fantastic view across Lynton town to Exmoor Park, was really comfortable and clean and relaxing. We were served delicious cooked breakfasts and fresh coffee. The location is excellent - easy access to stunning walks along the coast, Valley of Rocks and Lee Bay. Lynton has a good choice of restaurants and cafés. Great value. Will definitely be back."
