"We showed up at 4pm nn hour after there 3pm check-in started and had to wait over half an hour for them to get a room ready. They had not checked the previous customers out of their room, when they left, which seems sketchy as there is a late checkout fee. The bedding was covered in yellow stains and we had to get new bedding. I never filled out their review, but got an email notice while waiting for our room thanking me for my 5 star review."

"Vi visade oss vid 4:00 nn timme efter det att incheckningen började kl. 3 och vi fick vänta över en halvtimme för att få ett rum redo. De hade inte kontrollerat de tidigare kunderna ur sitt rum när de lämnade sitt rum, vilket verkar skickligt eftersom det finns en sena checkoutavgift. Bedden var täckt med gula stenar och vi fick ny. Jag har aldrig fyllt i deras recension, men jag fick ett e-postmeddelande medan jag väntade på vårt rum och tackade mig för min fem stjärnan recension."

"My husband and I only stayed one night. The check in process was quick and easy since we had prepaid through the app. They did need a credit card for a $100.00 deposit that we would get back after check out….. it’s still being held. Maybe tomorrow it will be back in my account. Our room was nice at first glance. Went to take a shower and there was an open bottle of curtesy shampoo in the tub and hair. Ugh. So much for that I just prayed my sheets were clean and we went to bed."

"När jag checkade in fick de mig att ringa, även om det redan betalades för rummet.De måste rena hela hotellet för det var smutsigt!Jag ringde natten innan jag checkade ut för att be om en sena check och jag blev tillsagd att ringa tillbaka på morgonen. När jag ringde nästa morgon fick jag veta att jag inte kunde ha en sent check eftersom hushållningen redan var på golvet.P.S.De har tecken på frukostområdet som säger att du inte kan ta mat tillbaka till rummet."

"The room was supposed to be non-smoking but reeked of smoke. Bathroom sink had cigarette burns in it. Bed was suppose to be a queen but was a full size. Bathroom sink stopper wouldn’t open to drain. Toilet seat was barely attached. Bath towel had a decent sized hole in it. No hand towels. I arrived after 10pm so I had to use a phone in the foyer that disconnected me twice before getting to a real person to come down from the second floor to let me into the lobby and check me in.   I have stayed at other Extended Stay Americas but I will not come back to this one."
