"The resort is huge and beautiful. One can always see a spectacular sunset. The place is covered with greenery. Rose garden, Sim's park and many more tourist attractions are near the resort. The rooms are very comfortable and lavish. All the amenities are available and if one needs more they can easily call and get their needs fulfilled quickly and hassle free. The hotel is very quiet and the environment is pleasant and soothing. The hotel is very clean and everything is in vintage style. Every penny you pay is worth it. Every staff member welcomes you with a lively smile and a will to help. Monica ma'am was very kind and she made our experience most memorable, and so did all the staff members."

"The hotel is new and there is ongoing development for 6 months. The facilities provided are good, even a common outdoor area will be a good place to hang around when ready. The only issue which needs attention is the ventilation, two premium rooms only have the ventilation fans, which keeps the room atmosphere fresh. The rest of the rooms do not have ventilation fans. Other than that, all employees are very professional and gentle, so all the praise for them."

"Vi stannade här i två dagar.Platsen är utmärkt eftersom vi kan se en full ooty stad från trädgården med en dimma överallt tidigt på morgonen. Rumsservicen var anständig men den andra dagen efter rumsrengöringen gav de inte toaletter och när vi bad om samtal gav de bara tvål och berättade också att du gjorde handduken mycket smutsig. Frukost har en anständig mängd olika artiklar och smaken var också bra.Maten var lön och mat men menyn innehöll mycket mindre alternativ för grönsaker och priserna där mycket höga och mat inte var värt priset. Även eftersom ooty är lite kall då andra städer men de tillhandahöll inte ett lämpligt värmesystem."

Personalen är mycket skamlig, professionell och hjälpsam.Talar hindi n engelska mycket bra för ut ur staten/ landsresenärer.Rummet är uppdelat i 2 delar mer som en studio lägenhet och bra. I ett badrum var mycket sovrum, snälla hålla fast vid att .... men utan tvekan Min erfarenhet var mycket bra med familj .... måste besöka denna plats en gång"
