"The room was spotless, the bedding comfortable, and the A/C was quiet. It also came with a refrigerator and microwave. The location is very convenient, just a 6-minute drive to West Point. The only minor downside is that dining options nearby weren't anything special. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay."

"Vi hade en vacker, charmig vistelse på Stagecoach Inn som ledde fram till och efter vårt bröllop under juli 4:e helgen. Jag känner mig ledsen för att glömma hennes namn, men den innkeeper som var där för vår vistelse, specifikt på söndag kväll och måndag morgon, var en av de vänligaste, välkomnande, värdsliga hotellpersonal jag någonsin har träffat! Hon var så varm och omsorgsfull för oss och våra vänner som också stannade på toaletten, och till och med försäkrade sig om att kaffe och frukost var redo innan de lämnade en extremt tidig flygning. Dessutom var mattan och sängen lyxiga bekväma och det rymliga badrummet var väl utrustat med fin toalett och en vattenfallsdusch med bra vattentryck. Utomhuset var trevligt att njuta av under frukost och musikvalet var också bra.Jag rekommenderar starkt att bo på Stagecoach Inn!"

"This was an unpleasant and expensive stay and I recommend against it. If all you want is an over-priced bed, it is fine; if you want charm or good foot, it is not as advertised. There is nothing classic about the room I was given: it is more 2020 Walmart than 18th century farmhouse. I was served a cold quiche with soggy crust and a slice of cheap bread for breakfast. There is not even an herbal tea option. My trip was a get away with my son as I live in Oregon and he in New York and rarely see him but he left a day early as he found the place rather depressing. I didn't even bother with the bad breakfast for the second day. If you want character and charm, go elsewhere. If you just want a place to sleep, get a hotel."

"Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this property based on our experience. We booked the Airbnb the same day and arrived that evening fully intending to stay. However, what we encountered upon arrival made us uncomfortable enough that we chose to leave immediately and find somewhere else to stay. When we arrived, there was police activity in the immediate area and an individual outside the building whose behavior made us very uncomfortable. The overall surroundings and our experience arriving at the property were not what we had anticipated based on the listing, and we did not feel comfortable entering the building or staying there overnight. I want to be clear that I am describing our personal experience and what we personally observed upon arrival. Other guests may feel differently, but had we understood what the immediate surroundings and arrival experience would be like, we would not have booked this property. We contacted the host immediately to explain why we were leaving. Unfortunately, we found the response to our concerns to be dismissive and lacking in empathy. Rather than acknowledging why guests arriving to these circumstances might reasonably be concerned, the focus of the response was repeatedly on the fact that our discomfort was a “personal” decision. We ultimately left without staying at or using the property at all. I wish we had seen a review describing this type of arrival experience before booking, which is why I feel it is important to share ours. Future guests can decide for themselves what they are comfortable with, but based on our experience, we would not book this property again."
