"I loved the Japanese style room. Very clean and bright. Dinners were great with nicely presented dishes. I enjoyed the sashimi the most as they were very fresh. The staff, although didn’t speak much English, tried very hard to assist. With the Google translate function, we got by without much problem. The onsen was also very good and well maintained."

"Used on tour. It was already dark outside when I took the bus, so I was wondering where I was going to be taken, but it turned out to be a hotel at the top of a mountain. The size of the room was perfect, and there were three beds. The meal was a buffet and there wasn't a lot of variety, but I enjoyed a lot of local cuisine. It also included an all-you-can-drink option, so I was able to fully enjoy the hotel's unique wine. There is a wine tasting corner next to the front desk, and you buy a 1,000 yen or 2,000 yen card at the front desk and drink from the tasting machine. Since the price per cup is different and you don't have change, you have to be smart about the combinations. This was also quite fun. There are ski resorts and golf courses in the surrounding area, and the scenery is beautiful, so if you have time, I think it would be a good idea to take a walk around the area."

"Tjänsten var bra.Det fanns en personal som är stationerad vid ingången, och checkade med en gäst som anlände med bil.De kommer att be om ditt namn, med tydliga instruktioner om var att parkera. Tyvärr har jag oavsiktligt lagt ljusen i bilen på.Några minuter senare när jag checkade in informerade frontdeskpersonalen mig snabbt om det.Faciliteterna är bra. Maten är verkligen bra, mycket annorlunda än de andra Hoshino-resorter i Aomori som jag har stannat.På KAI Tsugaru är det Kaiseki istället för den vanliga bufféstilen.Personalen tog smärta för att förklara och dela orsaken till varje måltid som serverades. There is a large outdoor onsen which is the biggest uncovered onsen I have experienced in recent memory All in all, a memorable stay"
