"Pay attention to their cancelation policy. The hotel is unwilling to come to a solution and not making any effort to compensate. Their communication strategy is to not communicate and hide behind ‘policies’. My booking organisation was willing to come to an agreement and tried 2 times to settle things, the hotel however was not. Poor poor service!"

"Breakfast review The hotel advertises the best breakfast in Paderborn. Yesterday I made a reservation for 10 people because of my birthday and asked for a nice place. This was not granted. The breakfast is also absolutely nothing special. Scrambled eggs as a concrete block. The cooked ham was the cheapest pressed meat you sometimes find on pizza. Not a bit decorated. You have to get coffee from the last corner. Almost pathetic for the best breakfast in Paderborn, sorry"

"Det finns en restaurang, men ingen frukost, och i ett rum med dubbelsäng, de sätter faktiskt en enkelsäng som bara är avsett för en person, det är mycket opraktisk och ger en konstig bild. Dessutom har det varit mycket buller på natten, det är dåligt isolerat. Och detta kommer från någon som har haft fyra nätter i en Ibis Budget övernattning ... Detta hotell kan jag inte rekommendera. Denna recension rapporterades av företaget som "smutsning" på Google Maps, vilket gör att jag rekommenderar dem en mindre hållning."

"So for that my company booked me a hotel I am really surprised what I got two great rooms with totally beautiful small kitchenette and I am really positively surprised the rooms are really nice clean location super so if I'd go here again Private I'd try these two rooms I'd get back now I would therefore have full of me 5 stars because that's something you see hardly somewhere I'm very happy and feel really well"

"From the train station one needs to take a taxi to reach the hotel. I stayed on Corpus Christi and so all the surrounding attractions were largely closed and there was no reception either! However, when I checked-in the day before, the receptionist was superb a lady with a very helpful manner and great sense of humour too. My room was very clean and suitable for a short stay. There are ample places to eat within walking distance and also a frequent bus service - the latter is not easy to understand though without help from locals! I would certainly stay at this hotel again if I am back in this town."
