"*A fantastic new hotel with excellent hospitality! I recently stayed at Model J Hotel, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is new, clean, and well-designed, and a Big Smart TV including Netflix with a team that provides exceptional service. I was warmly welcomed by Edwina the receptionist, who was very helpful and ensured a fast check-in process. They even offered a complimentary drink (I could choose between infused water or coffee—a nice touch!). The lobby smelled amazing, thanks to a refreshing lemongrass fragrance. I stayed in a Deluxe King Room, which was spacious, modern, and cozy—perfect for both work and relaxation. As part of their benefits, I received a complimentary breakfast. Though it was light, it was just enough to start my busy day. One of the best features is the direct connection to Carstensz Mall, one of the best malls in the BSD area. With plenty of restaurants and retail options, everything I needed was conveniently within reach. Overall, a fantastic stay—I’ll definitely be back next month! "I have no issues regarding the room, everything perfect. The library is small but still ok. It was during holiday season, all staff very busy so the service was not that good It took more then an hour to check in in the afternoon around 4pm. I stayed for 2 nights but the room key only set for 1 night, so i couldn't enter the room on the 2nd day. I had to go back to lobby to check the key Call the guest service is busy all the time I asked for a new bath towel, but the new towel still had big yellow stain and hair on it and even it didn't fold properly The lift floor was wet and slipery, the guest from pool can access directly to the lift and no staff standby to clean the lift"

"Good location in Banten, everything are good only the room size a bit too small, even after upgraded, especially toilet.. But so far the service and breakfast are above par."

"A ”second home”, we called.. been staying here more than 8 times (perhaps) in a year. Actually not too far from home, and pricewise within all the facilities you get, this is the best hotel ever. Always gonna be back here.."

"From my POV good hotels but not great. A bit noisy from other rooms, perhaps the walls are a bit thin. Breakfast was so-so and needed some improvements. The room I can't say is clean, because I found some small pieces of black tiny dirt. The pool is too small for over 100 rooms. Well overall it was okay."

"great location, room was spacious, too bad couldn't stand the smell of pee in the toilet. also, could improve the cleanliness by vacuuming the floor especially below the bed or sofa. Breakfast was ok. Overall, love our stay there."

"I booked the hotel for one night and it was a nightmare. The officer gave me a room facing the road. I can hear the vehicles noise from my room. I was curious why the sound could be heard from my room. It turned out that the there was a gap at the window. I tried to make it close multiple times but it’s useless. At the end, i slept with my air pods on."

"The hotel is fairly close to the Indonesian Convention Exhibition (ICE), but the main entrance of ICE is on the opposite side, making it less walkable—especially under the sun.  Room hygiene could be improved, and the soundproofing wasn't great, as noise from the hallway and nearby rooms could be heard. Although the hotel provides a laundry room, it is chargeable."
