"The place is nice. If you are not 100% an animal lover, I do not recommend it. There are several not very nice animals hanging around the hotel. And there is a lot of noise at night, the rooms have quite a few insects, such as ants, those that don't bite but climb on your things or clothes. I would recommend the place to fumigate the rooms, out there they have a pretty nice Alberta area. To leave the hotel you have to order a taxi or arrive by car."

"Really enjoyed my stay here. The gardens are teeming with birds and I saw wild Toucans. The restaurant is great and the food is good. The staff are very friendly and super helpful. The location is perfect for visiting the Mayan ruins. I would definitely recommend this place."
