"De flesta saker var utmärkta utom vattentänger runt olika platser som golvet av hissen och runt sodan i första våningen.Jag tror att de var från barnen gick till simning och när de kom ut, torkade de inte ut utanför poolen. De droppar vatten överallt.Det var en fara för andra kunder.Jag gjorde personalen medveten om det.Du borde ha en regel om svømning.De borde ha torkat ut innan de kom ut ur poolområdet. Dessutom sprang barn n på vägen och gjorde mycket bullrigt.Du borde skilja familjen med barn från familjen utan barn."

"This place was dirty, worn out, with ancient appliances. Everything was stained. There were dead bugs in all the windowsills. The few pans were chipped and rusty, there were no knives, and the few utensils were unwashed. The floor was disgusting. The pictures are misleading. Oh, and you have to check in at the Best Western next door. There is no one on site and they dont answer the phone. Trip.com was excellent at resolving rhe issue and refunded our money right away. Kudos to the Hill City Best Western staff. They were able to get us in a kitchenette room and even returned an item we left in the icky apartment."

"The cabin was great. Clean, stocked with what we needed. When toaster didn’t work we had a new one by late afternoon. The area is so beautiful. The owners are so nice and want to make sure you have what you need. When asked about place to dine out they answered so fast. They do a wonderful job. Would recommend to everyone. No hassle to check in and to checkout. We will be back!!! Thanks again "
