"I booked this room type through your company, Ctrip. At check-in, the front desk informed me that pet-friendly rooms incur an extra charge of $20 USD even without a pet. They said if I didn't want to pay this $20, I needed to change my booking directly with your company. Since I only learned of this on the day of the booking and the order couldn't be changed, my inquiry through your smart assistant only resulted in me contacting the front desk and complying with hotel regulations. As a traveler, I felt like I was being passed around. Later, because it was late and we didn't want to deal with the front desk anymore, we were forced to pay the $20 USD charge. Please assist Ctrip in handling the aforementioned situation and try to get a refund. I checked into room 103. There was no hairdryer in the room. When I inquired at the front desk, they said the hotel didn't have any amenities and I would have to wait for housekeeping to bring one. I showered around 11 PM that day, and housekeeping brought a hairdryer at 1:30 AM. My hair was already naturally dry; did I really need the hairdryer? The service was extremely slow!"

"The hotel is a historic building, home to many famous figures, including four presidents, such as Reagan. The interior is decorated in typical American historical style; although the decor is dated, it's still comfortable. Like most historic hotels, the rooms and bathrooms are small. It was a satisfactory stopover on the way to Billings. Badlands National Park is definitely worth seeing; the terrain is very interesting, especially the opportunity to experience it up close. I visited Mount Rushmore in the rain, and the Crazy Horse sculpture was very impressive. It's definitely worth experiencing. I hope the Crazy Horse sculpture is completed soon so I can climb it sometime."

De droppar vatten överallt.Det var en fara för andra kunder.Jag gjorde personalen medveten om det.Du borde ha en regel om svømning.De borde ha torkat ut innan de kom ut ur poolområdet. Dessutom sprang barn n på vägen och gjorde mycket bullrigt.Du borde skilja familjen med barn från familjen utan barn."

"I stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, my experience after check-out has been very disappointing. The hotel charged a $100 security deposit, but it has been almost two weeks since I checked out, and I still have not received my refund. I have contacted the hotel several times by email and phone, but I have received little or no response. This lack of communication is extremely frustrating. Other hotels I stayed at during my trip refunded my deposits within hours or a few days, but this hotel has remained silent. I hope the hotel management will finally respond and return my $100 deposit. Until this issue is resolved, I cannot recommend staying here. Zakir Kassimov"

"Spent a fantastic 3 days at Pine Rest Cabins on our road trip. Owners were fantastic and always helpful. The cabin was great for my family (2 adults and 2 teens) and had everything we needed. Excellent location for Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse and a multitude of lakes (Sylvan being our favourite to swim and paddle board). The coffee in the cafe was top and my daughter and I enjoyed our morning chats with Sarah who had a bundle of positive energy. Thoroughly enjoyed the bar across the road too for pizza and a pint! Probably my favourite stop off over the 3 week trip. Keep up the great work folks!!"
