Spacious and fully equipped, it can accommodate up to 4 people. There is a large living room with 2 sofa beds, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds 1 of which has plenty of storage space, and 1 bathroom.A garden and private terrace allow you to enjoy the view and eat outside.It is a 90m² detached house. The villa is part of a 7,000m² estate with a 15x4 swimming pool, billiards table, gym and pétanque court, shared with the other guests on the property and us.The property:The swimming pool is available from 9am to 6pm.Shared space (but included in your stay):- 15x5m swimming pool- Bioclimatic terrace and brazier- Petanque court - Gym- Billiards table.- Deckchairs and hammock We love animals and we ourselves have a German Shepherd who shares our daily life.
