Verkligen vackra och mysiga rum som har renoverats från mycket få , vi har bosatt i ett rum med ett riktigt utmärkt privat badrum, ett fantastiskt och rent badrum och även med en privat balkong väl inredd. För frukost, vi hittade allt i köket på bordet ,bra frukost inte överdrivet. Säkert, om det kommer att återuppta oss att återvända till Pescara, vi kommer att bo här igen. Råd starkt."

"I enjoyed my stay at Esplanade Hotel. It's old fashioned so maybe not to everyone's taste, but it's full of character. The staff at reception were friendly and very helpful, allowing me to borrow a phone charger. The room was spacious and had a nice view of the sea. Breakfast was buffet style and had everything I needed to eat. The highlight though was the lovely sea view while eating breakfast. Location is very good, in the city centre. It's roughly a ten minute walk from the train and bus station and across the road from the beach. I would definitely stay at this hotel again."

"The room looked exactly like the photo. The hotel was clean and in a great location. The service was very friendly and the breakfast was excellent. You can easily leave your luggage after check-out and explore the area without your suitcases."

"Usually I do not write reviews as a professional and a vacation consultant as well, however, I want all guests to be aware that they should check their bills before departing the hotel. The guest service hands you your bill as your taxi is waiting for you outside, that you don't even have time to look at it till it is too late, then they give you every excuse possible (they need the bank information, it is August to wait till September, then they avoid answering your emails) all excuses to avoid repaying back via various exchange of emails with so many excuses, hence the negative review to forewarn others to be diligent. Other then the above, rooms are out dated and need renovations, the air conditioner was making noise, we advised the front desk, they took a day to fix it, thereafter management closes the a/c periodically throughout the day, so even if you are in the room you cannot turn it on and have to call front desk whereby more excuses come out (they are cleaning the system, there is something wrong with the system, the cleaning ladies open the windows to freshen the air in the room till you get the truth from a trustworthy employee that this is what they do daily from 10am-4pm to save electricity) There were ants in our room (cleaning lady said we were not the only ones to complain). Toilet paper, we had to ask, we are from Canada we do not use the bidet, we use toilet paper. My room was for 4 and had a bed that my son who is almost 6 feet had his legs hanging over as it was a kiddie bed. Asked for an extra key due to our teen kids, no, only 1 allowed, so we had to bother the guest service desk almost every day to give us a key to get in the room, then had to go back downstairs to reset the original key. Why do they do this? Would not make a difference if the extra key were in the slot as management controls the a/c anyways. Food, we took breakfast and lunch with umbrella/chairs on beach package. Breakfast was always the same with platters of food from the night before reheated. I stuck to croissants and toast, safest. Lunch was pretty good, a variety of food for everyone's taste buds, cannot complain. Beach chairs and umbrellas perfect, no complaints. Plus side is the hotel is across the street from the beach with a good 15-20 minute walk or bike to center town, bikes can be rented but brought back within I believe 2 hours. I strongly recommend, to have better after service for guests."

Beautiful and all-fit rooms: from the coffee machine to the boiler including the soil and the tisane, from the tools to train you to the emotional shower. The housewife is super nice, showing precision in the minimum details for the structure and breakfast. SMARTFIT is strategically located from the airport and the station, but you will not hear noise from your rooms. You can reach the sea and the centre of Pescara in 5 minutes by car. The rooms really have any comfort. A structure that is hearty about eco-sustainability and love for animals. Thank you guys!!! Next ..."

"Ground-floor accommodation consisting of three bedrooms and a shared kitchen. The room is small, New York-style, but efficient and meticulously maintained. The bathroom even includes disposable toothbrushes and pads, which is unusual to find in other B&Bs. The beach is just a few minutes away, and the city center is a half-hour away. Parking is available on site. The room is cool and soundproof, with the only drawback being a mattress that's too soft. Coffee is available in the shared kitchen, which is free to use. Recommended for a weekend getaway."

"What an amazing find! We have been to Pescara many times and have tried different places. Enjoy Living will now be our regular place to stay. The host Luca was outstanding and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. We had use of sunbeds at one of he beach clubs which is normally an extra expense for us, and for this we are truly grateful. There were plenty of options for breakfast in the morning, you just need to take a voucher to the place you choose. Very simple. Luca also gave us plenty of great choices to eat that we had not tried before on our previous visits. We had an early departure and Luca was kind enough to organize a taxi for us which helped us immensely as our Italian is very poor. The room we stayed in was modern and comfortable. We had our own large patio to relax on, plus use of a kitchen if needed. Our trips to Pescara are always great, finding Enjoy Living has made it even better and we can't wait to stay here again"
