"The property is worth a visit, even if it's a bit isolated. What wasn't so good was the way the reception staff treated us. The couple of friends who were with us on the second day of our stay had their room blocked during a storm because they didn't have a reservation. Once this was clarified, no excuse was offered. The next day, we were told we couldn't book dinner because the resort was full. On the day of our departure, we checked out by 10:00 a.m., paid the extras, and headed to the pool. We were informed that we couldn't use the pool because we were finished with our stay. Among other excuses, we were again told that the property was full and there was no room, but if we had paid €20 per person, we would have had access. I don't think the reception staff were responsible for the lack of customer service, but I think it's a policy dictated by the property. It's a real shame. There are so many other beautiful properties worth visiting and rewarded with good reviews."

"Vi hade en underbar vistelse på Piccolo Grand Hotel.Platsen är perfekt nära allt samtidigt som vi fortfarande känner oss lugn och avkopplande.Vad verkligen gjorde vår vistelse exceptionell var hotellpersonalen. Alla var otroligt vänliga, välkomnande och hjälpsamma under hela vårt besök.Deras gästfrihet gjorde att vi kände oss hemma.Vi stannade i ett av rummen i den andra byggnaden, och det översteg våra förväntningar. Rummet var rymligt, vackert utsökt och erbjuder fantastiska utsikter.Kombinationen av komfort, rymd och landskap gjorde det till det perfekta stället att slappna av efter en dag av utforskning. Vi skulle absolut stanna här igen och rekommendera Piccolo Grand Hotel till alla som besöker området."

"We had a wonderful week stay here, stayed in the ground floor suite which are so specious modern & clean. It’s a very quiet & peaceful place to stay. Vera & the reception staff were so helpful & friendly & resolved all our needs during our stay. Great pool which was cleaned daily, (we had to ourselves most of our stay.). Pino was also very nice & helpful with our safe & small bits we needed doing. We didn’t have a car but was no problem getting a taxi into the local town pizzo which is 5 minute's away by car. With restaurants, few shops & plenty of ice cream places! You can’t really walk as it’s a main road with no paths. Although we did have a walk there along the beach in the day, a bit uneven & lot steps up into the main town square. The restaurant on-site was very nice & lovely friendly people, they opened at 10pm to cook for us on our arrival which was much appreciated. And delicious dishes. We had breakfast most days which was lovely but would be nice to have a few more choices of different breakfast. Would also be nice if there was a small shop or things to buy near by. Would definitely stay here again. 😊"
