"The dining service was disastrous. The food was of extremely poor quality. Breakfast service was interrupted because they were washing the dishes. The buffet was practically empty. The machine-made orange juice was best avoided; it was just dirty water. It took an hour and a half to get dinner, which consisted of a salad (which was already on the table), a piece of chicken, and a slice of cake. The hotel facilities were clean, although there was only one elevator."

"This was our last stop on a 3 week tour and the top of my list for comfort and convenience. The owner was amazing. He helped make sure we had parking for our huge van. His front desk manager was very sweet and helpful. They were eager to make sure all our needs were met. There is a coffee/tea bar when you check in and the most delicious breakfast in the morning. The best feature at this stage of our trip was the elevator after weeks of dragging bags up stairs, it felt like a treat. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I love the modern touch lights and the clean, smooth decor. I wish I could have stayed another day. It is close to walk to the downtown and the major sites. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay again if I'm lucky enough to return to Plovdiv. "

Attentive and helpful staff Cons: Awful coffee and poor breakfast with limited choices. Best to book without and go elsewhere. Tip: the ‘citizens club’ restaurant (turn right, 200m round the corner) is excellent - limited menu but very good traditional Bulgarian food at good prices. "An excellent hotel situated right in the centre of Plovdiv. I stayed here with my husband for two nights. We had a lovely room with a balcony overlooking the pedestrianised shopping street. The room was very clean, nice bathroom, coffee machine and plenty of space. The lady at reception was very helpful and any staff we saw always said hello. Plovdiv itself is a lovely city and the hotel is just a couple of minutes walk from the main attractions and the area where there are great restaurants and bars (Kapana). I will happily stay here again if I go back to Plovdiv and would happily recommend this hotel."

"We had a comfortable room with lots of hot water in the shower within walking distance from the station and the center. There were many shared facilities like a kitchen area with coffee/tea (paid), seating area and smoking area. We didn't find the listed washing machine and there was no fridge in the room. There was no reception, and communication re early check in and/or bag drop was difficult. The toilet area was always wet because of there was no separate shower area or shower curtain."

And all the warmth and welcome that goes with that. Breakfast was the crowning glory in an overall poor experience. Overseen by a gentleman who made no effort to assist guests, all instructions / information in Bulgarian only (except the numerous rules!), hot food all stone cold. Rooms very basic with ‘make yourself’ bedding. Doona (Duvet) covered in hair. It is, however, quite close to the city centre."

Frukost var generös, läckra med olika varianter.Hotellet Utrymmen som gymmet, spa- och bastu är super avkopplande särskilt från en lång resa.Rummen är spotless och rymliga.Personalen var hjälpsam och artiga särskilt "GABRIELLA" skrek ut till henne.Om du är Från buss-/tågstationen i Plovdiv tar buss nr. 26 eller 7.Priset var okej för de tjänster de erbjöd.Jag rekommenderar starkt dubbelt träd av Hilton och jag kan inte vänta tills jag kommer tillbaka och uppleva mina Hilton-moment igen. De enda saknade mina behov var utrustningen i toaletten som tänder, tandborste och så vidare, och resten var fantastiska!"

"We stayed here for 2 nights as part of a tour group and can't recommend this hotel more highly. It has a convenient location a short walk to tourist areas and shopping. Check-in and check-out were efficient and almost felt like we were staying with friends. The minimalist, ultra modern decor was clean and functional. Our room was quite spacious with a very comfortable bed, well appointed bathroom, a large safe, and motorized drapes on the windows(!). Buffet breakfast was served attractively and fresh with a very nice variety of options available. As promised, the complimentary homemade lemonade is in generous supply and delicious. If you need a place to stay in Plovdiv, this hotel gets 5 stars from me."
