"The terrible staff attitude really let my experience down, otherwise this would have been 5/5. From the reception staff to the catering staff, they were all devoid of any pleasantries. However the bar staff by the beach were rude beyond belief, unable to offer anything other than the bare minimum of attention. Luckily they accepted I wasn’t paying for orders that weren’t completed. I’ll be heading somewhere else next year."

"The hotel is great for families, there is nothing to complain about the services. BUT: it is neccesary to have rules on the beach because people not only occupy the first row with chairs and towels and they leave it unoccupied by noon (problem already described in many comments), but they are effective blocking (!!!) the access to the beach with extra umbrellas or personal belongings, so you cant pass them!!! Basically you have to make a biiiig detour to get to the beach from your back row chair, because everything is blocked by the ones in the front row. This is so rude and so inacceptable, especially when that beach is full of children. You took the first row, i get it, it’s rude but it is what it is. But you cant be THAT rude to deny others access to the beach or to make them Lose time with detouring because your lack of manners. So the manangement of the hotel must regulate this aspect because it seems that common sense doesnt work here."
