A special mention must go to Gloria from housekeeping. Her service was truly outstanding. She cleaned our room meticulously from corner to corner and even took the time to neatly fold our clothes. Upon check-out, we were escorted to our car and offered a tray with different temperatures of still and sparkling water for our journey. It was such a thoughtful touch and perfectly reflected the hotel’s commitment to guest comfort. Every member of staff was attentive, professional, and always one step ahead. The service at Fusion Hotel was impeccable, and it is undoubtedly one of the finest hospitality experiences we have ever had. We cannot wait to return."
