"The hotel is great, we didn't regret choosing it! Meets all the declared standards!🙌🏼🙌🏼
The rooms are spacious, clean, the beds are large and soft, the pastel linen is of good quality. The rooms have all the accessories. The bathrooms are also very well equipped, there is a powerful Dyson hair dryer, a smart toilet.
During our stay, we stayed in two types of rooms, one of them had a bathtub, which is great to have in the room, especially in winter.👍🏻👍🏻
The rooms are cleaned daily, there is also a kettle and tea bags, a Nespresso capsule machine and Peet's coffee capsules. In addition, drinks in the fridge (Coke Cola, Sprite, water).
The hotel has a spacious restaurant. Breakfasts was very tasty and varied, like Chinese cuisine, also European cuisine, there is everything you need.👌🏼👌🏼
The hotel has a beautiful design. Also in the hotel lobby you can find a bar, in addition to a room where you can work/study. You can also find a map with sights, a good route for a walk around the city.😍😍
All the hotel staff are very nice people, at the reception, in the restaurant, and the cleaning team. We would also like to express special gratitude to the warmest staff at the reception - 甜甜 Tracy🌷🌷 She helped make our stay even better. We celebrated a birthday, she organized a room upgrade for us on that day, as well as a small gift - fruits.

"I've stayed here before and returned for the prime location and great service, which did not disappoint! The team was very helpful when my room's AC stopped working, bringing a fan right away. Luckily, the cool weather meant I could just open the window. That said, the hotel is starting to feel a bit dated—the carpets and shower could use an upgrade. A solid 3-star stay this time around."

"The shower door was ajar and could not be closed water tight leak free … caulking around the shower door was dirty and deteriorated… the table provide was not stable due to a spiral stand on the stand and the table was slanting at an angle causing things to fall off the table … the door departing the shower/ toilet had air gaps all around and the fowl smell from the toilet flown out the the bed room areas."

"The hotel room was ok, no cigarette smell in our room but there’s cigarette smell all throughout the hallways even though the hotel claims to be a nonsmoking hotel. It shares the gym, laundry room, and breakfast hall with the adjacent UrCove Hotel. If I’ve know UrCove is just next door, I would have booked it instead. The floors in the hotel are dirty. It’s the first hotel in this past month of travel that I need to wear slippers in the room cuz my white socks turned gray after taking less than 10 steps in the room. There are lots of dust and small debris accumulated in many of the room corners, especially the toilet area. I like the automatic toilet though and AI control though. Convenient location. Breakfast has variety of selection but not appealing. Overall, just average for the price paid."

"My room was upgraded by the kind lady in the reception. They were helpful with my questions as a foreigner. They try their best to communicate with you in English. The location of the hotel is beside the Tianjin main station so its extremely easy to get around. There are food options and supermarket on the side of the hotel. Housekeeping is also done daily, so 2 bottled waters is given per day. It is a bit old, but the maintenance in the facilities are done well. Air-conditioning is working fine. I would stay here again."

"This Hampton by Hilton hotel is very strategically located in front of the train station and offers a beautiful view overlooking the Haihe River. With a short walk, you can cross the oldest iron bridge that faces the iconic clock in front of the intercity electric train station to the beautiful Haihe Culture Square. The location is truly excellent.
We had breakfast every morning on the 51st floor, enjoying the spectacular view of Tianjin city. hotel facilities include laundry room (DIY), small gym and lobby for waiting room.
The service from reception and housekeeping is also very friendly and helpful.
This hotel is highly recommended for its facilities, service, and location."

"I can't recommend this hotel enough! The highlight was undoubtedly the staff. Due to a late-night flight, we arrived in the city well past midnight and got lost trying to find the entrance. The staff was so attentive that they came out to look for us, found us on the street, and walked us directly to the hotel. It was such a relief after a long journey. The hotel itself is very well located, just a short walk from the train station and near many attractions in the beautiful 津湾广场 area. I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Tianjin.”"
