"Kikibu Kikibu 4/5 just nu på Google Vi har just anlänt och dessa är mina punkter: hotellrummen behöver lite uppmärksamhet, rum (inklusive de “luxe”) behöver en brådskande uppdatering men måste säga att den starkaste positiva punkten från detta hotell är de människor som Arbeta där, först nämna och skrika till la Señora Marina Hushållaren i vår byggnad, mycket vacker och professionell, på restaurangområdet tack vare Andrea och hennes mamma de gör oss kända som familj, på receptionen Javi, Judith och den österrikiska flickan (förlåt att jag glömde ditt namn) kyrkorna i kakan mycket varmt välkomna och alltid med ett leende även i de varmaste dagarna som hjälper 🥳i allt vi frågade.Den enda nedre är de människor som arbetar runt bar/poolområdet. Jag rekommenderar hotellet definitivt JA 👏 tack för allt"

"Ett så vackert hotell, mycket ren och väl presenterat, vackert personal inklusive rengöringsmedel dagligen.Stor pool.Stor plats med supermarknad 2 minuter bort och 5 minuters promenad till restauranger och butiker längs stranden.Jag rekommenderar en kall avkopplande vistelse."

"We have just returned from a 10-day stay at this wonderful hotel. Really don't know where to start. We arrived around 12.30pm and were greeted by Marion who checked us in and directed us to our room, which was brilliant, as we didn't expect to be able to get into the room until 3pm. Natalia on reception in the evening was so helpful and friendly. We were greeted by the lovely Ferron and served by Adara. Our first evening meal was lovely, choice of salad, soup and hot food, plenty for all tastes and this continued throughout our stay, again at breakfast, there was plenty of choice. During the course of the week, we were also served by Joe, Charlie, Victor, Albert, Rosana, Abel. Don't think any of the staff stopped smiling the whole time we were there, and the smiles were genuine, not just for the guests. It was like one big family all working at the same place! The hotel was absolutely spotlessly clean, the staff who cleaned were incredible, it is a thankless task when guests return from the beach, us included, bringing tons of sand back with them, but there was never any sand or dirt of any description on the floor and the rooms were cleaned every day. Again, nothing was too much trouble and they were politeness personified. The pool bar area was again spotlessly clean; the food is very reasonable priced and plenty of it! As we sat there, we were visited by two pigeons, one had an injured leg and we think the guests felt sorry for it, as it was considerably larger than the other one! The drinks again were not overly expensive as this can happen in some resorts. Outside, there were plenty of cafes and restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies and gift shops, all around the area of the beach. The beach was clean, the sea was stunning and as we went into the sea, there were millions of tiny fish swimming around our feet, some areas of the beach were quite rocky and uneven, which may be a problem for someone with mobility issues, but there are areas which are very flat as well. Overall, if it was possible to give this hotel and staff 20, we would not hesitate; felt quite emotional on Tuesday when we left, it felt like we were leaving good friends behind. We will definitely be back next year."

"I visited this hotel with work earlier this year, and decided to book a (solo) last minute trip last week as I felt it would be a good and safe place to travel alone. Really enjoyed it, other than a rainy day where there wasn't a lot to do (the spa was OK but no space to just lounge other than in the hottubs, sauna etc). There is also one one english language TV channel - a news channel. I knew this, so downloaded some TV to catch up with. The WIFI is pretty good, but does drop when you move location - I fed this back and someone came to check it later that day. The rooms are great and spacious, comfy beds, lovely shower etc. The kitchen area is basic but enough - make sure you turn the fridge to max though - I kept a bottle of wine in the freezer bit and it was perfectly chilled. Generous balcony/terrace areas too, with sun loungers and table and chairs. The pool area is great, always plenty of sunbeds available, and lots of towels on hand. There is music played, but only loudly for an hour around lunchtime. The food was pretty good - if a bit samey. Chef Julio Cesar is amazing as others have commented, and he welcomed me back to the hotel which was lovely. Sometimes the food was a little salty, but plenty of choice to avoid those dishes. My main issue with dinner was that there is no "free" water available - despite there being a water fountain at breakfast (as well as free Cava!!) and at nearly 6 euros for a half litre bottle this was not great. Drinks generally expensive too... There are some restaurants and supermarkets about a 2 minute walk away, next to the beach - useful for stocking up on drinks and snacks for the room. Yes, it's a bit pricey (especially when compared with the all inclusive next door), but in my view worth it. Thanks to all the super friendly staff too - you really made my stay, and made my solo travel super comfortable!"
