You can easily take care of dirty clothes, so no more lugging around a pile of extra clothes to take up luggage space. They even provide laundry detergent, and the disposable towels and bath towels are such thoughtful details. The 'treasure chest' at the front desk has cotton swabs, alcohol wipes, and hand cream – these small details really show how much care the hotel puts in. Overall, the location is convenient, the facilities are thoughtful, and the snacks are delicious. The value for money is just off the charts. I'll definitely choose this place again next time!"

We booked cooking classes for the kids in advance, and the curriculum varied each day. The breakfast spread was also quite impressive. It's absolutely perfect for a family vacation. The staff did warn us about potential mosquito issues after the rain, but we didn't encounter any during our stay. Overall, the experience was excellent."

"I heard from neighbors that the hotel only opened on August 1st, and many things are still incomplete. I asked the front desk, and they didn't even have a children's toothbrush, and the rooms only had a few bottles of water. The bathroom smelled incredibly strong, so I had to sleep with the balcony door open. I had a yellow stain on the quilt, but luckily I brought disposable bedding. Fortunately, there's a beach across the street with lots of crabs. The hotel is newly renovated, so those who are bothered by smells should be wary."

"Our recent stay in Chonghai was absolutely epic — the perfect escape and reset from work and daily life. Traveling with my family, this place truly felt like a home away from home. The apartment was perfect: spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The beds were excellent, and the balcony with its view made every morning and evening special. The short walk to the beach was a huge plus, with convenience stores nearby and charming little coffee shops along the way. The swimming area was beautiful and relaxing, especially for families. The service deserves special recognition. The receptionists went above and beyond to help us and made us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our stay. The only small disappointment was that I specifically booked a room with a bathtub, and unfortunately, the bathtub wasn’t there. That said, this was the only downside in an otherwise fantastic experience. My kids loved it, I loved it, and we will definitely be coming back. Thank you for having us and for creating such a warm, comfortable space for families to relax and recharge. Highly recommended."
