"Bra hotell"

"We checked in on September 10th, and immediately upon arrival, the receptionist insisted we only had one person booked in their system, offering to pay for a second person for three more nights. After we persisted, she called someone to check, and it turned out everything was fine and we had paid for everything. She was rude, as if we were being rude. We also booked a room with two separate beds, as the photos showed, but they gave us a room with one queen bed. We upgraded to another with two queen beds, but we had to separate them and ask for two sheets. She also said the washing machine was broken, and two days later, another girl said only the dryer was broken, and we didn't have time to wash our clothes. The outlets on one wall in the room didn't work, and the TV didn't work either. The kitchen has a stove, but no pots or pans, so we couldn't cook anything. The breakfasts were quite good, with plenty to choose from and enjoy. The rooms were really clean. The spa and pool were practically deserted at that time, but swimming was possible. There weren't many restaurant options for dinner, and the nearby restaurant was only open three days a week, which was too late for dinner. The gym didn't have much equipment, and one was broken, which was a concern for my husband, who was upset. It's worth a visit if you have your own car and want some peace and quiet."

"The service is good, the room is old, the best hotel in the area, there is a good Italian restaurant, it is very convenient to play ball, you can park at the door, the breakfast is good, and it is convenient to go to the stadium"

"I can say we are happy with our stay here. Rooms are clean, bathroom is also clean. We stayed in family appartment with balcony and nice view to the mountain. Swimming pool inside the hotel is clean, not very small, there are two baby/kids pools. Sauna is a bit small, but good. Food is normal, delicious and good quality. Staff is friendly and cooperative. To wrap up I would say good quality for reasonable prices."

"Ett måttligt hotell eller mer rätt vandrarhem med en trevlig lobby.Rummet och byggnaden som vi stannade i allmänhet behöver renoveras.Det fanns ingen full reception men ingen daglig rening. Rummet luktar som en cigarett från det första ögonblicket vi kom in, som förmodligen kom från värmetranspondern, men det var mycket varmt, och möblerna behövde ändras omedelbart, och det fanns ingen kylskåp för grunderna. För varmt vatten fanns det enskilda elektriska värmare i badrummet.Platsen var trevlig, även om du inte hade något att göra.Tillgången är bra, men hotellets parkering var alltid full och i slam eller is som det var jord. Personalen i lobbyn var mycket snäll, frukost var bra som middag, poolen och massage jag försökte inte med dem, så jag kunde inte ge en poäng, personligen skulle jag inte föreslå det till någon som ber om en 4-star hotellservice och tjänster."
