"I had been hosting my family at other times and, although I was a modest hotel, I was satisfied with us, but this time my room was disappointing, as I just stayed one night, I didn't complain. The room was simple and with a even pleasant balcony, the bathroom was in a hearty look, the chair was broken on the edges, the electric shower was sticking all night, the worst was the couple's bed. The bed was dipped on one side with a very strong smell of urine, so that I had to put a cover up to drop the smell, the rest of the room had a TV with several channels, though I had not used much. The Wi-Fi tb has worked well, but this time I didn't use the gate as it was closed and the street is quiet I prefered to park in the street in front of the hotel, without disturbing staff to open and close the gate. It has a small pool on the cover but I didn't use breakfast is good though it's simple and without great varieties, but it was very good for me and without any complaint. The education and sympathy of the staff from the reception to the cabinets and cooks were very satisfactory and I wish them all my congratulations. The management should invest a little in the renovation, maintenance and even modernization of the hotel to become more attractive and improve the reputation in general. I know that it is not simple and easy, but a good administration may be able to raise the hotel level, as it is in a very good location in the city."

"Basic Hotel: levererar det som krävs utan mycket fila (jag stannade i den mest grundläggande lägenheten). Lilla men funktionella, rena rum har bord och stol och en väldigt liten garderob. Komfortabel men improviserad säng (två sängar tillsammans för att bestå en par). Trots att vara på första våningen, fanns det ingen extern buller som stör. Luftkonditionerade split fungerar bra. Ren badrum, bra dusch, hårtork och amenities utan stora differentieringar. Frukost med söt och saltiga alternativ, inklusive för laktosintolerans. Väldigt trevlig restaurang med utsikt över floden Paraíba do Sul. Utbildade och eftertraktade tjänstemän. Bra plats."

"Hotel in the centre of the city. Room with an old decor, TV without channels, wifi half mouth. Good breakfast! Room 206 is well noisy, the window is under some engine that connects every 30 minutes, slowing down the sleep. Parking is located in another building and the vacancies are small and limited."
