"Jag reser mycket för arbete men en så oförskämd och förmodligen fördelaktig beteende och skulle säga att receptionens personal (jag interagerade med 4 personer) aldrig hade hänt mig. De gav mig inget svar på telefonen, så de bjuder dig på att skicka e-post. Vad jag gjorde men mellan den allmänna och förhandsinformationsposten, följande bokningsbekräftelse och kontroll på plats har ändrat mig priserna tre gånger med löjliga motiv och utan att ens be om ursäkt för deras olika inkonsekvenser. Bara efter min smäll erkände de sina olika misstag, men de var mycket intresserade av att rätta till dem i själva verket .... fick mig också att betala kontant frukost som istället var förstådd och redan betalad i fakturan. "

"Good location for a visit to the Alfa factory and in to Milan via public transport. Free soft drinks in the mini bar and nicely styled. Close to amazing hypermarket and shopping centre. Nice restaurants nearby accurately reviewed on here. Good value and adequate for a short stay. It’s basically an apartment converted in to 4 rooms with no one on site to support although to be fair the lady called me straight back when we had a problem with the fridge. I also mentioned the aircon didn’t work and she said to try again but we didn’t get chance to call back as we weren’t there long and had things to do. Wish we had in a way though as it was very noisy with the window open at night despite seeming a quiet street in the day. Assuming all the shouting from the street below was people coming out of the pub next door but it went on for hours on both the Friday and Saturday night so we really could have done with being able to have the window closed. The room was extremely small. You could only get out of the double bed on one side, there are no bedside tables and only one usb on one side on the wall. Only one actual socket in the bedroom (also needed for kettle and coffee machine) and one in the bathroom. Tiny washbasin that’s impossible to wash your face in."

"The room was cold when we arrived, with bad experience, badly maintained and badly hygienic structure, and without cold covers, there were several old plaids in the dirty box. The terrace to access the room has the ground floor jumped in several points and darkness. In the evening at the entrance we used the telephone torch. With EUR 100 per night I expect something decent. We found no bar open for breakfast in the morning, there were 2 pots for coffee in the room. Mrs. Silvia ignores how to welcome her guests. I lost EUR 700, we fled."
