"Congratulations to the restaurant staff, the food is homemade but well prepared, the room, pools and bathrooms are very clean, delicious cocktails, some rooms are quite humid. I purchased a package with meals and all the "drinks", I visited them with a patient undergoing cancer treatment (she does not drink alcoholic or sugary drinks) to my surprise, the beverage package does not include aromatic waters (a cup costs $4,000 and they are the ones you find in the supermarket for $2,000 a box X 20 units) or coffee. Which is not clarified in any document. Considering that I purchased a package with drinks and a person was not going to have to drink, I looked for an official to ask for help, a guy named Felipe helped me who said he was from guest service, I explained the situation to him who responded that I would escalate it to the boss and the next day he would give us an answer. They never spoke to us again to confirm or deny the service. He asked me how many more people they do the same to, they never respond to the requests and the guests simply make the decision not to return. I think that the guest should be the most important thing, they did not guarantee what according to the reservation included me, I had to pay aromatic waters at triple the cost, and an official made fun of my request because he never gave it importance. If you plan to visit the hotel and have some type of medical diagnosis, check very carefully beforehand if the food meets your needs, all the drinks have sugar and once you are staying there is no one to support you."
