非常推薦，就在鬥獸場附近。老闆人很好，還給我們送了小包裝的油和鹽，一定要住代廚房的房間，廚房的廚具一應俱全。在歐洲自己做一頓飯一個人可以省20歐元。歐洲行住過最滿意的房間。

不推薦，他是公寓改裝的，旁邊還住了一户人，客廳窗户對着他的陽台～他們來陽台露台抽煙，我們都能聽見～説話聊天都能聽見～此外，房間衞生太差了～就沒有人打掃倒垃圾換浴巾！熱水器是電熱的，洗完一個人下一個人要等～衞生間太小！浴巾臟到我都不敢用！唯一的好可能是離羅馬鬥獸場很近～就因為住宿太差，我把羅馬三天的行程縮短到兩天～再也不想來羅馬了～臟亂差，酒店也很差，比德國法國差了好多好多！不推薦這家住宿公寓！

My family and I arrived at this apartment for a week at the end of April 2025 from the moment we arrived the reception team and management were absolutely outstanding over the days that we stayed there genuine hospitality and kindness to my children and I was humbling they seriously couldn’t do enough my teenage children didn’t want to leave the apartment was super clean cosy warm welcoming the breakfast that was provided was too much fresh and delicious and the beds were super comfy it was a week that my children and I will never forget and the memories that we have of the apartment management and staff will always be with us thank you

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our apartment was perfect for this short stay. The bed was comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well stocked. Very nice bathroom with a spa type shower. Great location, close to the collesium and public transportation.

My experience at Appartamenti Marco Aurelio 49 was absolutely amazing! The location is perfect, just a short walk from the Colosseum, making it ideal for exploring Rome on foot. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with great hospitality and kindness. The staff is incredibly helpful and goes above and beyond to ensure a perfect stay. A special thanks to Mary, who was always available and ready to assist with anything I needed. The apartments are spacious, well-equipped, and super comfortable, offering everything necessary for a great stay. Plus, the cleanliness and attention to detail are impeccable. If you're looking for a cozy, well-located place with outstanding service in Rome, Appartamenti Marco Aurelio 49 is the perfect choice! I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to the city.

Perfect location visiting Rome. The room (black and Yellow) was oké. Not fancy but practical. And that matches the price. Also like the breakfast. Little bite and off we go in to the city. Personal was politie. Rooms clean and quiet. I would stay here again!

The Apartment is very well maintained provides all required amenities. Layout is smartly designed to include small kitchen, living room and flexibility to have separated rooms through partition. The staff were very attentive, polite and always available to help. They also offer free cleaning and laundry for stay of 3 days or more. Light Breakfast meal was inclusive of Croissants, Toasted Bread, Jam, Juices and Coffee. Area is surrounded with restaurants, Bistros, Gelatetia and Groceries. Nearest Bus station is 5 minutes walk and Metro 10 minutes.

Perfect location near Colosseum, but are with good and price friendly chooses for restaurants. The room had all you need, you can order breakfast and fuill some extra self and use kitchen. Friendly and helpfully staff, easy to communicate. Just perfect for to have super holiday in Rome👌

A family of three stayed in this nice apartment for 8 nights. Excellent location in the city center, 2 minutes walk from the Colosseum, friendly staff ready to fulfill all your wishes, well-equipped apartments that fully correspond to the description, fresh croissants for breakfast were excellent and thanks a lot for organized transfer from the apartments to the airport. Special thanks to Salvo and all the staff for their hospitality and professionalism.
