"Staying at the St. Regis Designer Hotel: 1. The receptionist was very friendly! Check-in was quick, and she even planned a route to the attractions and suggested nearby snacks for us. 2. "This is a very old hotel. As soon as you enter the lobby, you can smell a strong odor of cigarettes. The room also feels old. There was no disinfection mark on the toilet, and there was no disposable toilet seat pad, but luckily we prepared our own. The water in the shower was not flowing smoothly and soon it flooded. Later I used a toothbrush to remove a bunch of hair and it was barely cleared. It can be seen that we just sweep it in one day to deal with it! The room has disposable slippers but no shoe-polishing cloth, which is inconsistent with a four-diamond hotel. The mattress is too old and a bit saggy, making it uncomfortable to sleep on. It should have been replaced long ago! There are two open-air hot spring pools on the third floor, but only one of them has water. I'm not sure if it's hot spring water. It doesn't look very clean, so I didn't dare to soak in it. There are two washing and drying machines in the laundry room, which also look dirty, so I don't plan to do any laundry. The breakfast is average, just enough to fill you up. In short, not recommended! Glass accident: I felt uneasy about the hygiene of the room, so I boiled the mouthwash cups as usual. Unexpectedly, one of them exploded. I called the front desk and the waiter brought up another one. I asked him to take the "corpse of the cup" away and did not take any photos for evidence. After a while, I received a call from the front desk, asking for compensation of 26 yuan. My husband explained to her that it exploded during disinfection and was not broken by human hands. The receptionist said bluntly: It was fine before, right? OK, I’ll compensate you, no problem! I have traveled almost all over the country by car, and basically booked rooms through Ctrip. This has never happened to me before, but I encountered it at the Lasong Hotel. It taught us a lesson: mouthwash cups cannot be scalded with boiling water, so how do you disinfect them? It seems I need to bring my own mouthwash cup from now on! The tickets and afternoon tea promised when booking the room were not given. When I returned to the room in the evening, I saw that they were given two small boxes of soy milk. Because I couldn't see the expiration date clearly, I didn't dare to drink them, so I left them in the room. I can continue to give them to guests. When I checked out, the young man who had been with me when I checked in said that the glass had been used for a long time and it was normal for hot water to crack, so I didn't need to pay for it. Is it personal reason for the lady working the night shift? The guy is very friendly, thumbs up 👍"
