"The hotel rooms are spacious, and ski-in/ski-out access is super convenient. Renting ski gear is also a breeze, thumbs up! 👍 The hotel's hot springs are great too, 👍 perfect for skiing and soaking every day without missing a beat. The buffet restaurant is convenient for all three meals, or you can take a little train to Xishan for an Izakaya experience. The ski resort environment is on par with Niseko, but much less noisy. The ski trails are beautiful! 👍"

"Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cloud 9. Young was incredibly accommodating, especially since we had a diverse group with different schedules. Some skied all day while others headed out later in the day. He made sure everyone had breakfast, lift tickets, and transportation to the lifts. When part of our group was scheduled to depart early morning in the middle of a snow storm, he ensure the paths were shoveled and clear of snow. His hospitality made our trip seamless and enjoyable."
