Hotel Palia Sa Coma Playa

"Upon arrival the entrance lobby is clean and well presented, and the reception staff were great. We had booked 2 rooms but they put us in a family room but we weren't happy with this and changed the following day. The room I stayed in was clean enough but the shower didn't work, the rainwater head just sprayed water out of the top and should been a simple replacement, the other head kept slidding down the rail. We did report this and the handyman did try to fix but failed miserably, he did say he would be back the following day. He wasn't so I ended up using some braid to tie it up and it still wasnt fixed by the time I left. The other room had wall sockets dangling out of the wall and very dangerous, there fix was to just push it back in but would fall out if touched. Poor maintenance. Outside around the pool area looks tired and dirty and in need of a good scrub especially the floor tiles. The chill out area was dangerous at times as it had raised tiles but many don't sit properly so when you stand on a tile some llifted up. The older gentleman on the pool bar was also very rude. Food was ok and just ok, some might find it difficult to find something to eat and also seems to be a free for all but that just rude people in general not wanting to queue. Although a cheap holiday in sun and hotel nicely situated it's not a 4* hotel. And parking is non existent so don't bother with a hire car."

"Hotellet ibersol Siurell överraskade oss.Hotellet tillhandahöll oss en gratis uppgradering av rummet och gav oss den bästa suiten.Personalen är mycket professionell och snäll och verkligen hjälpsam.Absolut rekommenderar detta hotell var 10/10"

"Lägenheten var rent men lite daterad, men det var mycket rent och tjusigt.Poolen var lite bekymrad eftersom de enda ingångsstegen var i den djupa änden av poolen.Personalen var fantastisk, verkligen hjälpsam och vänlig. Jag anser att det behövs en del investeringar och en del modernisering. Men om du bara vill ha en plats att lägga huvudet och inte är förvirrad om utrustningen, är det ett bra alternativ."

"We booked this as a last minute holiday and was overall very happy with our stay. The location was great, just a short walk to both S’Illot & Sa Coma, and located directly on the beach front. Our room was modern and had a great view of the beach front. The only downfall to the room was the bathroom which was a little bit dated. The pool area was nice, and we never struggled for a sunbed and there are plenty of umbrellas. The only problem we thought was you could sit the sunbeds up it was just flat, I would suggest taking a blow up pillow for the pool to make it more comfortable. The drinks were great, there was a choice of cocktails on the all inclusive and we thought all of them were lovely! The bar staff were very friendly. I am a fussy eater so I did struggle with the food some days as it was mainly fish and not always a great variety of food. If you are looking for lots of entertainment/animation it might not be the best choice. There was just water polo at 4, and a mini disco in the evenings. Occasionally there was a band on after and a parrot show once. We would return in future!"

"Fyra av dem har två rum. Resultat!😠😠😠 Nästa morgon simmar han ner i poolen, ungefär en halv timme, pojkvän har hållit i rummet, han kom precis ner och vi var redo att gå upp och ner igen, men det var ingen i vårt rum i några minuter! När vi kom upp på trappan hittade vi en gammal vit kvinna i vänskapsrummet.Vi hade inte sett det. När vi har packat upp saker går vi till nästa station och på vägen hittar vi att de två väskorna inte längre sers!Totalt 400 euro 💶!!!Vi är klara när vi går ner! Ring hotellet och säg att de inte kan göra det, att chefen inte är här, att de inte kan kontrollera övervakningen, att de inte kan kontrollera, att vi säger att vi ringer polisen 👮, de säger att du ringer!Och stäng av vår telefon direkt! Det är inte längre att ringa igen!😡😡😡 Det är bara ett nytt nummer! Det är uppenbart att du minns telefonen från tidigare klagomål! Att slå eller göra samma ord är ingenting! Det är uppenbart att receptionen är en kommunikation med dem!Hur vet du att vi ska lämna huset den dagen?Hur kan vi kontrollera när vi går ut?🤬🤬🤬 De tog oss till kineserna och vi kunde inte ta dem!Vi tog oss till dem när vi skulle lämna huset, även om vi upptäckte att det inte var tid att hitta dem!Det är också för tydligt. Plattformen bör noggrant granska dessa hotell, speciellt för att vara en gäst."

"We did check-in at 9pm and it was very smooth and straightforward, check-out was the same. The rooms were so clean and had everything we needed, lots of space for my two year old. The layout of the hotel was a bit confusing at first but once we got a feel it was easy to navigate. The staff were so so lovely and easy going, even if they didn’t understand what we were saying, they would go the extra mile to make us comfortable and happy. A few of us had forgotten to bring our EU adapters but the hotel kindly provided them when we asked. We were all inclusive and the food variety was decent, and there was a snack bar in the evenings with was kind of the same thing every night. The hotel was only a 15 min walk from Sa Coma beach and the shops were close as well. The entertainment was good there were different things to do everyday, however I do feel that the kids club excluded younger children a bit but it wasn’t a major issue as they made up for it by holding events in the theatre which all kids could get involved with. Overall this experience was very positive, and I would happily return again."
