"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It felt very homely and all the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable with a great view of the nearby mountains from the balcony. I stayed on a bed and breakfast basis but had dinner in the hotel restaurant on two of the days. The food was always delicious, and the waiting staff always friendly and personable. The pool and spa facilities were all good and very relaxing after a busy day on the ski slopes. It felt a little bit like coming home!"

"From start to finish this was a spectacular stay. Greeted from the car service the reservations team arranged by a friendly young man who gave me an overview of town and took to to Capra. Reception was amazing from Kevin and then drinks offered from Hanne that were incredibly crafted. They collectively helped me plans hikes in the area and set dinner reservations for me at Capra. The room was perfect! The spa was fabulous! The food was delicious and the wines I enjoyed too. A perfect stay! I will come back for longer with my wife. Thank you!!!"

Amber Ski-in/Out Hotel & Spa
"Due to avalanche risk, the streets up to Saas-Fee closed on Sathurday 12:00. We were supposed to arrive on Monday and our flight was leaving at 6:30 in the morning to Switzerland. The hotel told us, that if we cannot reach Saas-Fee until 19:00 on Monday evening, we could cancel free of charge. On Monday morning, local authorities informed, that there would be another update at 12:00 the same day. Which of course would be to late to travel to Switzerland. Not knowing in the morning if the streets would reopen, it was in fact impossible for us to fly to Switzerland and not have any accomodation or place to go if the streets stay closed. Plus all the costs of flight and rental car for nothing. So we had to cancel our trip and got a refund on the flight and rental car. Shortly after 12:00, the authorities informed that the street would reopen at 20:00, which would actually still be too late to reach Saas-Fee for the agreed 19:00 oclock. Of course the hotel informed us in the late afternoon that the reception would stay opened longer and shortly after 18:00 they informed us that the streets are already open (even tough there was no infos from the authorities about that). But we just couldn't risk to fly to Switzerland when the streets were still closed and no infos yet that they would reopen. No understanding what so ever from the hotel. Even the question for a voucher instead of a reimboursement was denied by the hotel. Absolutely to avoid!"

"Feehof är aldrig besviken.Ägaren och hennes lag är underbara!Den inkluderade frukost har många olika och friska alternativ.Rummen är ganska stora.Hela laget är stabilt år efter år och mycket vänligt och du kommer att vara väl vårdnad. Platsen är perfekt för alla aktiviteter.Har stannat där många gånger och kommer att vara tillbaka om några månader."
