"Vi stannade 6 dagar på hotellet Marmotte. Detta är mycket väl beläget, inte direkt i centrum. Om du letar efter en plats att gå ut från vardagen: du hittade. Patronen har en super-stil och en något extravagant smak. När det gäller chefen i köket, hans stil är på nivån av de matta som är exceptionella. Vi hade tagit formlen halvpension: woah sällan en halv pension som det. Gå dit ögonen stängda!"

"Hotel Allalin was the perfect choice for our stay in Saas Fee. Ideally centrally located for the Hannnig gondola, shops and bus station. The hotel had such a relaxed atmosphere with its friendly staff, lovely rooms and spacious gardens with views looking straight across to the mountains. The food was also extremely good. Breakfast always had plenty of choice and the evening meals were both varied and so well presented. We also liked it that on some evenings the patriarch of what is a family run hotel would spend time walking round in the dining room talking individually to the guests about their experiences and also his own when up in the mountains. We would certainly recommend this hotel."

"I honestly cannot say enough good things about this beautiful hotel. Everything was just perfect from the cosy beds, the little touches, the spa, to the bistro. But above all else the staff are amongst the best I have ever had the pleasure to meet. Nothing is too much trouble & we were taken care of 24/7. Special thanks to Muriel, Demetra & mauro they are an absolute credit to the hotel. Meeting the hotel owner George was also very lovely. We can’t wait to return."

"The rooms were expensive, the bedding was poor quality, and our room was cold. We even had to jury-rig the curtains just to get them to close properly. But the worst part was the incredibly unpleasant manager. We were heading to the spa around 1 PM, dressed in our bathrobes, when we ran into him in the hallway. Without even a greeting, and in a very disagreeable tone, he just blurted out: 'The spa opens at 3 PM!!!!' We truly didn't feel welcome at this hotel. When you're charging 280 (currency implied) for a room, you really need to deliver on quality bedding, proper maintenance, and overall good service. A huge shout-out, however, to the young woman who handled both the shuttle service and housekeeping. She was incredibly cheerful, welcoming, and truly presented the hotel in a positive light—something it desperately needs."
