"As always, a pleasant stay at this hotel. Reception is always reachable and extremely friendly. Located right next to the highway yet quiet. Large enclosed parking lot, so the car is safe too. All amenities are present in the room, but unfortunately the restaurant is closed on Sunday evening. However, the breakfast is more than excellent, starting as early as 6:30 AM for those passing through. There is a Leclerc gas station a few hundred meters away. For the diehards, there is also a McDonald's and a KFC nearby..."

"I get the impression that most people use this hotel as a one night stopover. We had three nights and enjoyed the garden with its film set lakes with ducks, a swan and various other wildlife. The house is a converted farmhouse with an eclectic mix of old and new furniture. Our room was long and dark with a small terrace overlooking the garden, adequately furnished but with those awful hard rubber pillows the French seem to like.The bathroom was ok but could have done with another hook or two to hang towels which we were encouraged not to have changed. The food was fantastic, definitely worthy of five stars, but be warned the very small menu did not change the three nights we were there. Breakfasts were disappointing, delivered in a basket either to your room or a table, the pastries were rather dry, coffee in a thermos pretty awful. You have to say on arrival what you want for breakfast and unless you specifically change it, you get the same every day. Nearby Saintes had interesting old remains and walking through exploring it was a pleasure."

"Utmärkt, vänligt och mycket rent hotell.Stor storlek sovrum och badrum.Jag stannade ensam men rummet är mycket bra för två personer jämfört med andra jag har stannat in.Värddannan, kanske ägaren var så trevlig, alltid upptagen och uppenbarligen håller standarderna höga. Det finns två bussar från stationen och går ut på teatern, sen är det en kort promenad.Den huvudväg som leder till hotellet är ganska sträng, särskilt med bagage."
