"Handy and easy walkable distance from JR Omiya Station which is just 30 minute train from Tokyo central. User-friendly and hassle-free self-check-in machine at the hotel lobby only costed me 3 minutes to get the room card. Hotel interior design is cosy with good vibe. Room is decent and spotless. The public bath was nice and clean. Breakfast was a surprise, with great variety of decent food choices. My stay was great and I have no complaints. Thanks for the hospitality!"

"Although my carry-on suitcase was small, there was enough space to open it. There was also a long counter and chairs, and there was a full-length mirror and a smaller mirror on the wall that could be used for applying makeup, which was very nice. The water tap? was closed from the start, and even when I tried to move it, it wouldn't open, so water accumulated in the tap, which was a bit inconvenient. Other than that, it was very nice."
