"We had an amazing, beautiful stay. From the moment we got there, all staff were very welcoming ( Bertha at the reception was such a joy), everyone was polite, always smiling, made sure everything was okay from the room, food etc. You can tell and see that every department works very hard and together they just give the best service overall. Beautiful room with a beautiful view of lake malawi. Giving one of the best views of the sunrise too. The cleanliness was 10/10 everywhere. The food was very nice and freshly made. Will be visiting again in the future without a doubt."

"Jag har aldrig skrivit en recension som den här, men folk måste varnas.Vi bokade detta hotell främst på grund av poolen och sjöns läge. När vi anlände var inte bara poolen oanvändbar, utan det fanns ingen WiFi, vårt rum hade ingen luftkonditionering, det fanns lite till ingen skydd mot den galna mängden fel som invaderade vårt rum, och duschen drenade inte. Rummen är inte ens nära att vara värda det pris de tar ut och blev tydligt försummade efter många år av liten underhåll.Vi rapporterade allt omedelbart. Nästa morgon svarade chefen med ursäkter och försökte till och med ställa skulden till oss.Efter ett uppvärmt argument gick de ovilligt med på att återbetala vår andra kväll så att vi kunde gå. Men de hävdade att de inte hade några kontanter och det enda alternativet var att vänta till måndag morgon.Vi hade inte tillräckligt med kontanter för att betala ett alternativ på lördag kväll, så vi var tvungna att återvända till Lilongwe.Veckoåret var förstört. Ägarna bor i Lilongwe och bryr sig tydligen inte tillräckligt för att investera pengar tillbaka i hotellet.Absolut noll underhåll eller kundserviceutbildning. Det bästa om detta hotell är den otroliga fotografen som tog de bilder du kan se på Google Maps!Förresten är dessa bilder som 10-åringar.Mycket vilseledande.Undvik detta ställe.Det finns mycket bättre alternativ."
