"An absolutely SUPERB hotel from ACCOR - the hotel is very conveniently located next to a major shopping complex and has an amazing view of Mont Blanc with excellent leisure facility. Moreover, the Manager Fabrice and his staff including Emma and Blondine, do an incredible job to give the very best of service whilst working tirelessly for the customers. I was really very impressed with the high level of service and attention. Rooms are comfortable and breakfast exceptional."

"The only positive point was the welcome from the receptionists who found us extra pillows. Very poor-quality bedding!!! Just wafer-thin pillows, a mattress topper that made you feel like you were sleeping on a duvet. The air conditioning kept turning off and on, and the bathroom outlet was broken. Ibis Budget = attractive price, but I think a minimum should be guaranteed, at least good bedding. For breakfast, you'd better arrive early because at 8:30 a.m. they're out of milk, and they tell you there's cottage cheese...not great for putting in coffee 😞."
