"Jag var escorterad hela vägen från ankomsthallen av Sunil, som också förde mig i en ny bekväm Tahoe.Hans körning var underbar. På hotellets reception var Dovi välkomna, som tog hand om min bokning och såg till att allt var ordnat. Rummet är rent och bekvämt.Jag älskade den fulla rumskontrollenheten på sängen.Jag kunde stänga av alla ljus individuellt eller alla på en gång, stänga av båda "inte störa" och "ren service", kontrollera AC, allt medan jag var lat i sängen. Men jag har verkligen ett problem med badrummet.För det första säger listan att det finns ett badrum.Men det fanns ingen.Det var en gå-i-dusch.För det andra hade duschen en riktigt dålig golvdränning och lopp. Vatten skulle springa över den mycket svaga duschgolvet och läpp/kant/steg till hela badrummet.Min lösning var att rulla fothanddukar och placera den på den kanten. Utbildningsrummet var utmärkt.Snacks var bra.Saniya tog hand om oss och såg till att allt var bekvämt för oss. Jag vet att det inte är hotellets problem, men de kan verkligen hitta rätt energireservlösningar.Att två timmars regeringssnabbat/hög sändning är inget skämt.Ljus, AC, allt går ut utom hissarna och vattnet lyckligtvis. Jag blev föraren av Shaikhe för min flygplats avgång. Det var lika bra som en flygplats pickup."

"We arrived in Kuwait after a long delay and it was dark when we arrived. The staff on reception were very friendly and helpful and we were offered an upgrade. When we got to the room we were very impressed. We had a suite with lovely views and an incredibly comfortable bed. Everything was very clean and the bathroom was very modern. We went for a short walk and there really isn't much around. We were looking for a nice restaurant but could only find kebab and chicken shops. So we went back to the hotel and ate at the buffet. It was fantastic! The standard of all the food was very high and the dining room very pleasant. We went back there for the (included) breakfast next morning. It really is a great hotel and highly recommended."

"Very well located hotel 2 minutes walk from the seaside and 30 minutes from the marina. There are several bus stops nearby, it is very easy to reach the city center of Kuwait. The standard rooms (for my part) are very spacious and the view is very pretty on the city (+ a small piece of the sea), facing the sunset! Small negative point: we can easily hear what is happening outside at the bottom of the hotel (road & parking) and in the corridor. It's a shame, but it doesn't spoil the rest. It is more than adequate for the price. The staff is very kind and attentive, whether at breakfast, at the reception or in the airport shuttle, and at any time! The continental breakfast is very good, it is complete, with choice. Everything you need for everyone! I totally recommend this hotel, whether for a single person, a couple or a family."
