"We had booked a room with a balcony and sea view, but upon arrival, we were given a room without even a window. When we mentioned this to the front desk staff, they said it must have been a mistake on Trip.com, and that standard rooms don't have balconies or sea views. However, they eventually moved us to a room with a window. During our stay, we had to kill about 6 or 8 cockroaches in the bathroom. Plus, the Wi-Fi doesn't work (it only reaches the hotel reception area). The entrance is a dirt road, and to get down to the town, you have to take a path that's in mediocre condition."
