"This hotel is not worth the price, not even close, maybe half the price. There are many cheaper hotels that are a thousand times better. The rooms are dirty and show signs of poor maintenance. We were given bed linens with stains that were clearly bodily fluids, and when we asked the staff, it became clear that they don't change them between guests. There's no hot water. The food on the menu leaves much to be desired; a 40k peso hamburger should be gourmet, not bland, poorly presented, and with a very mediocre taste. The other menu items are decent, with good flavor. The staff is friendly, but their lack of customer service training is evident. There are definitely better options in the area for less money. I don't recommend it. The spa area is nice, but clearly poorly maintained."
