"Panorama is in an ideal location, i.e., ca. two minutes walk from Scuol-Tarasp train station, where also the major Postauto (bus) lines depart and arrive. This super convenient location will come with some street noise, naturally. The owner, Sebastian, is very kind and supportive. He reminded us that with our "Kurtaxe" (visitor's tax) came with free access to Rhätische Bahn, Postbus, and all sorts of lifts in the area for the duration of our visit, a great bonus of staying in the Unter-Engadin. The personnel is equally friendly and supportive. Our room was medium size, and came with a desk, a safe deposit box, a small balcony (seating one), and a small refrigerator, but w/o A/C, which is natural for a place at the altitude of ca. 1200m. With global temperatures rising even in mountainous areas, one has to be prepared for an occasional hot night, where opening the windows brings some relief. The hotel is labeled "garni", which means it provides breakfast, but not lunch or dinner. Restaurants are next door (there is a deal with the Bellaval Hotel, allowing access to their spa facilities, which we did not try), or a short walk into Scuol town. You can even sign up for affordable meals at the Youth Hostel next door. Breakfast was very decent, not luxurious, but very sufficient in terms of quality and quantity. Cappuccino was available on request The hotel was able to help us with an adapter for the strange Swiss-specific type N 230V outlets, which did not accommodate our Euro adapter. In any case, the desk offered one Euro-compatible plug. Since I prefer simple, clean, and small hotels, where you have a name and not just a room number, this would be a natural place to return to."

"What a lovely hotel, good room with a balcony and a beautiful view. Very friendly welcome, you really feel welcome. Delicious breakfast! The surroundings are beautiful for walking, enjoyed the floral splendor on the mountain. The old village is picturesque."

"Detta är ett vackert hotell.Vi kom in på en cykeltur.Vi var kall, våt och att välkomnas av Christophe och hans familj var en sådan välsignelse.Detta hotell rstar bara tre stjärnor, men enligt vår åsikt bör det värdera fem stjärnor. Rummen är underbara, särskilt de med balkonger sängarna är de mest bekväma.Rena hotellet är exceptionellt och vad en underbar frukost.Om vi någonsin skulle Återvända är detta hotell vi skulle bo på. Christophe var så hjälpsam att berätta hur man ser staden vart man ska ta bussen osv.Även om vi bara stannade en natt önskar vi att vi kunde ha stannat mer.Vi kommer aldrig att glömma denna upplevelse.Tack, Kristus och din vackra familj."
