"This was the worst accommodation I’ve stayed in during my 20 years of traveling in Japan. The problem here is that there is no proper communication or understanding among the staff. Long dyed hair from a female guest (?) from the previous night remained in the bathroom sink. A peculiar (?) stench lingered, perhaps due to poor ventilation in the tent. 2. Although it was early May, there were already mosquitoes. 3. Dinner was pre-booked and paid for upon check-in, but it was not prepared. ※ The staff did not communicate or check with each other at all to see if it was ready. In short, everyone working there was at the level of a part-timer with absolutely no service mindset. 👆Since there was no explanation regarding breakfast during check-in, I asked again during dinner time: What time does it start? Where is it prepared? Aside from that, they did not provide any other notices or explanations. When I went to the designated area the next morning, food was laid out, with no indication of when it had been set up, and there was not a single staff member to guide or support me. ⭐️The separate breakfast menu for my child that I had pre-ordered was not prepared, and I was only able to communicate about the order after going to find a staff member later. (There was no one in the breakfast area, and no response even when I pressed the pager.) When I went to ask, they didn't even know what I had ordered. And their excuse, which I heard through Trip.com, was that they re-cleaned and prepared dinner in response to my complaint, (👆They are good at talking, even though they obviously couldn't do it in advance.) They claimed they had provided information about breakfast. However, no one heard it. (It is absurd.)"
