What distinguishes this hotel is not merely the quality of its facilities, the comfort of its rooms, or the meticulous attention paid to every detail—although all of these are of a remarkably high standard. Rather, it is the people behind the hotel who transform an excellent stay into an exceptional experience. From the moment of arrival until the moment of departure, every member of staff demonstrated a level of professionalism, warmth, courtesy and genuine hospitality that one would ordinarily expect only from the world's most prestigious luxury establishments. The reception team deserves particular recognition. They consistently displayed an impressive combination of efficiency, grace, attentiveness and sincere kindness. Every request was handled promptly, every interaction conducted with elegance, and every guest made to feel genuinely welcome. Equally impressive were the restaurant and service teams, whose professionalism, discretion and impeccable manners reflected standards more commonly associated with internationally renowned five-star hotels. Their commitment to guest satisfaction was evident in every detail. I would also like to express my sincere appreciation to the housekeeping department. Their work was flawless throughout my stay. The rooms were maintained to the highest standard, and their dedication, courtesy and attention to detail contributed greatly to the overall quality of the experience. There is a widely held belief within the hospitality industry that buildings alone do not create memorable hotels—people do. Beautiful architecture, comfortable rooms and modern facilities are important, but it is the men and women who welcome guests with sincerity, professionalism and genuine care who create lasting memories. The Z Hotel Sfax is fortunate to possess such a team. Indeed, I can say without hesitation that this hotel delivers what may genuinely be described as a "Ritz-style experience"—not through extravagance or ostentation, but through a culture of excellence, refinement and authentic hospitality that permeates every aspect of the guest experience. This establishment stands as a credit not only to the city of Sfax but also to Tunisian hospitality as a whole. I leave with the fondest of memories and with profound gratitude to every member of the team. They should be immensely proud of the level of service they provide each day. "I'm only posting for the spa I booked a hammam, facial scrub and massage package. I'm the only customer so it should have been nice but we've already been given a size s bathing dress even though I'm an xl... The person for the scrub chews his gum during the service Shower without a suitable towel I arrive for the reserved facial treatment and a foot treatment is prepared for me. We quickly set up a table for the treatment. Uncomfortable and full light. The staff receives calls and sends text messages during treatment. I make the remark. The products are applied quickly and I come out with tight and, above all, poorly cleaned skin Correct but quick massage The person can see clearly that I did not like the service.... In short 150 dt...too expensive and not at all a the height of an establishment of this standing....to avoid"

"The entrance and the breakfast area are ok as in decore!! But I cannot understand how the management do nothing to control the many flies sitting on the food. Disgustring!! The room was huge but the carpet was filthy. I died not dare use the towels, I had one of my own. As someone else said on here, the hotel needs to be shut down and given a major overhaul!!! Some 5* hotel this is, I would think not even 2*!! You wont see us again for sure (we were 20 people)!!"
