"Vi kom klockan sex och ingen kunde öppna dörren eller ta emot oss. Jag ringde i en lång tid och de svarade inte tills de svarade. De sa att de skulle skicka en video till mig på WhatsApp för att komma in. Vi såg ingen helt förrän nästa dag som rummet levereras klockan 10:00 am! 10 am! Det betalas för några timmar! Ytterligare när vi drog tillbaka fick vi 5 euro av en turistavgift när på tur visas att det var 4. Mycket dåligt, rumet om det är bra. Men service och sättet de arbetar mycket dåligt."

"Ett mycket litet hotell, eller snarare tre små rum och ett kommunalt boende.Hamza ser efter fastigheten med fantastisk skicklighet och även om han inte alltid är på lokaler, är det lätt att kontakta honom via telefon. Adressen är perfekt för Siena och inom mindre än en minut till "Campo" centrum.Jag fick utmärkt råd om restauranger, dolci, utställningar etc. Wi-Fi är perfekt, det är osvittigt rent, Sängarna och sängen är fantastiskt bekväma, och det finns en hiss.Kaffe och te är alltid tillgängliga."

"The property is close to Piazza San Francesco. A five-minute walk from Piazza del Campo. The room isn't large, but it's well-equipped with everything you need, including a fridge and a kettle with tea and coffee. The rooms are set back from the main streets, making them quiet. Breakfast could be a little more refined, but it's still plentiful and buffet-style. Mr. Roberto is extremely kind. The proximity to two excellent trattorias offering excellent value and a supermarket right across the street is also a plus. Highly recommended for a lovely weekend visit to this wonderful city!"

"Another hotel in an old building. My research wasn't perfect beforehand. I didn't realize this hotel was located in the old town; cars can't drive in, but you can park elsewhere. The hotel provides a map. Pushing my luggage up from outside the city was really tiring, as it was all uphill, taking about ten minutes. The location is indeed excellent; Siena Cathedral is right next door. This is the second hotel in Italy where I got three keys! Haha, Italian hotels have so many keys! The mini elevator is only for luggage; you have to climb stairs, thankfully only two floors. It's a winding path through four or five doors—very medieval, isn't it? I booked a two-bedroom room. The room and bathroom were large, and the bedding was the most comfortable I've ever had. My mother's room had a problem with the air conditioning; it was cold. I had my own room, which was very warm. The shower water pressure was great, very good. The street is right outside the window. It's quiet at night with few people. In the morning, I opened the window and saw parents taking their children to school; the old town felt real at that moment. I stayed one night; Siena is perfect for a cirywalk. It was wonderful."

"We stayed one night at this hotel. We had the best impressions. The hotel is small, only a few rooms. It is located in a very old house. In the historical center of Siena. The hotel is very atmospheric, cozy. We had a separate bathroom, which was not in the room. It turned out that this is not scary at all and quite convenient, since the room is next to the room and no one except us used it. The room and bathroom are very clean, bed linen, towels are wonderful. Ada, the very friendly hostess who met us, told us everything and helped us with all the questions. I definitely recommend this hotel!"
