"Very nice hotel in a convenient location. Easy access to the mall and several dining establishments. The room was spotless and nice; however, the dining space during morning breakfast could have used some attention. It was a very busy weekend and I believe the hotel was at capacity, but we didn't see any employees wiping down tables. There were a lot of dead gnats near the garbage can that needed wiped. The front desk staff was friendly and check-in went well. This hotel has the potential to be 5 stars across the board if there were a few more staff members keeping the dining areas clean."

"In two days of stay, the room was not repaired even once. I reported the problem directly to the concierge, who assured me several times that the re-assessment would be made “in a few minutes”. Promises never been maintained. I was taken into account with completely disappointed justifications and assurances. The hotel is a very unacceptable behavior. The cleaning of the room is an essential service, not a favor to be given to the client. Extremely disappointing experience and service well below expectations. I do not make it a clear advice."

"Amy S.’s Reviews 1.0 star rating If I could give a negative number I sure would. WORST MOTEL WE HAVE EVER STAYED IN and I've stayed in motels in Mexico. From checking in to check out the customer service was terrible. I had to wait 5 minutes for front clerk to come check me in after calling. I was told I was very rude because I wanted to leave cash as the deposit. I was not told that they don't open until 8 am when I checked in. We are early travelers because we are usually traveling for 8 to 10 hours a day. When we did finally get to check out the front desk clerk saw me coming from the rooms but wouldn't open the door into the lobby. I had to walk around to the front. Then when I told front desk that we were never told we would have to wait until 8 she said that was incorrect because everyone is told they don't open until 8. Well we weren't told. I said that the night clerk was rude to us the morning clerk said they've never had a complaint before. We checked reviews and they were terrible. I wish we had looked at reviews before. Save your money and find somewhere else to stay. WORST MOTEL EVER!!!!"
