"Clean and well-maintained room with a lovely view, fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. The staff was very kind and helpful, which made the stay even more pleasant. The only minor downside is that, since the hotel is located near the port, there was a bit of noise (at least on the first floor where I stayed). However, it was not intense or particularly disturbing."

"Extremely expensive for what it is. The building is old, very old with wooden doors and windows. The quality of service very low and overall I felt it was not worth it. It is not run by professionals. AVOID at all cost. I would not recommend it at all."

"We stayed in this marvelous hotel, which is perfectly located near Dapia. It consists of separate residencies, that are spacious and very clean. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. We especially thank Mr. Dimitris at the amazing sea front breakfast area, who made our mornings feel like we were guests of a welcoming friend. The hotel has the best pool, big and deep, great for swimming, with additional shallow pool for little children. We are definitely coming back!!”"

"It seems that we always visit the two Greek islands of Hydra and Spetses (with others added throughout the trip to Greece). Thanks to all, particularly Thanasis, Marianna, Stefania, we again had a terrific stay. The hotel is not far from the port, quite a few restaurants & cafes are close by and the included breakfasts are great. This time we had a room with two balconies which was good - and as always, the rooms are quite soundproof."

"Everything was perfect, the welcome, the cute room with a great view, the great location. Handy for the cafes, bars and restaurants. Beach was a 20 minute walk with great views. The lady at reception was so helpful with restaurant bookings to special places. Would definitely return, hopefully very soon."

"Som titeln säger Guesthouse Niriides är i en bra plats (nära Dapia), rumet var mer än tillräckligt (& utan att ha några ögonblick) och personalen mycket vänlig. Mycket sällan återvänder vi till samma hotell/gästhus, men vid denna tillfälle kommer vi att vara tillbaka ..... och ser fram emot det."

"Känner dig som hemma!Från och med nu går du in i rummen, en vacker färsk lukt av rena fångster, med detaljer om lavender för att välkomna dig på sängen och badrummet. Vi blev välkomnade och ledda av George, som om vi var gamla vänner och han var glad att se oss igen.Nivån på tjänsten och sann (inte falsk eller påtvingad) gästfrihet är märkbar i alla medlemmar av laget. Du kan känna hur elegant de alla är att ge dig alla detaljer och saker som kommer att göra ditt vistelse en oförglömlig upplevelse och du kan se hur lyckliga de är när de uppnår det. Yayaki är perfekt, vara i centrum mellan Dapia och Palio Limani, så även om du väljer att gå är allt inom 5 minuter.Vi lämnar med ett mycket stort leende från Yayaki & kan inte vänta tills du kommer tillbaka!!!!!"

"We had a fantastic stay at 7 Islands. Tonia and her family are perfect hosts! From picking us up at the port, to helpful maps of the area, perfect breakfasts and a beautiful place to stay. It was all amazing! I would recommend this hotel and the island of Spetses to anyone! The hotel is immaculate and the pool area is lovely and quiet. It is a bit of walk to town, but very pleasant and if you really don't want to walk back then you can get a taxi. We didn't need to, and found the roads safe, and easy to walk - even at night. This was the relaxing holiday we needed at a very peaceful hotel."

"Det är ett underbart hotell. Genom Alasia Travels kontor du kommer att ta dig till hotellet och när du också åker tillbaka till hamnen. Ägaren är mycket vänlig och ger dig den information som behövs om Spetses. Personalen på hotellet är också mycket vänlig. Vi fick ett rum på golvet. Det var bra. En trevlig säng och alla bekvämligheter. Poolen är underbar (smakfullt färsk) och sängen är bra. Hotellet ligger bara 10 minuters promenad från centrum och du är på restauranger och liknande."
