"What a lovely holiday we have had. The room was modern and spotless, the family pool was lovely and big, the food was delicious and the staff were all so friendly. The hotel is really close to the beach and the area of Stalis had lots going on. Our children absolutely loved the entertainment team Matis and Romi who kept the children entertained every day and who genuinely loved spending time together. Also a special mention to the lifeguard Hanos who spent time talking to our boys about football and water safety. The restaurant staff were all really friendly especially the manager who came and chatted to us every day. We will be back next holiday and hope to catch up with all our favourite team members again."

"Lovely apartment, quaint with older type furniture with great sea view. Steps to get up to it from main road. A nice balcony to sit in the evening. Had a cooler week in March but had blankets and heater to stay warm. Right across the road from the strip when its open for the season. I enjoyed the peaceful nights sleep and the owner was pleasant with a cute friendly dog"

"Hello everyone, I spent a week with my family at the Nami Hotel in Stalis, Crete. When booking, it was a specific request that we preferably had adjoining rooms for our 2 children. I saw with my own eyes that this was indicated by the travel agency. Nevertheless, we were given the most distant rooms on the first night. The next day the manager denied that they knew about our request. Somewhat closer rooms were offered to us the next day. Only one of these was shown to us during the day, but the photo of the bathroom, which I enclose, tells you all you need to know why we did not accept it. On being told this, the manager took offence when we told him that this was not 4 star accommodation. He said he did not like dissatisfied guests, scolded the travel agency and suggested we find another hotel. On the 5th day we were told we could move next door to each other, but we didn't want the inconvenience of moving for the 2 days remaining. This is not a fair hotel by European standards. They don't even give you water with half board dinner. The cocktails are extremely watery, tasteless. The next apartment was separated from ours by a mirror with a door behind it. We were given a key at check-in, which if we took with us during the day the power went out in the room, so the fridge melted down every day. Therefore the room smelt and the floor was wet every day. We had the same soup for dinner every night for a week. In no way would I recommend to discerning guests."

"Vi åker till poolen runt nio och är vanligtvis först där utan solvrig krig.Personalen är så vänlig och professionell. Maten är absolut söt allt vi har ätit har varit söt och färsk kokt.Många anställda arbetar bakom scenerna men George i restaurangen är perfekt professionell och en fantastisk värd att toppa resorten."

"Vi kom hit för en höns i juni, det är ett vackert hotell på stranden med en bra plats och en vacker familj som kör den.Maten var bra.Vi hade de vegetariska gyros som var ymliga och de hade ett stort urval av cocktails. Jag tror att frukost kan vara lite mer omfattande - kanske lite färsk frukt, och en anständig kaffe, kaffe och juice var inte mycket trevligt, och frukten var torkade, yoghurten var trevlig men inte mycket för grönsaker eller veganer. Rummen kunde ha gjort det med en minikylskåp. Även sollokalerna kunde ha haft en och en halv dagstid, några gånger använde vi sollokalerna i en timme och vi fick betala hela dagens avgift, som var mycket med tanke på den korta tid som användes, men i allt var det en trevlig vistelse."
