"Hotellet är rent, personalen är trevlig.Platsen är bra som är nära Sawgrass Mills-centret.Det finns dock inga skjortor, inga reningsprodukter som tandpasta, tandborste, etc. ger, Det är lite svårt eftersom jag inte förväntar mig något sådant och jag kom sent på natten, kan inte köpa det heller.Frukost är inte så bra som väntat, bara några val för buffet."

"Stayed here for 3 nights. The location was pretty good but the service was awful; no one would ever be at the desk, the room smelled god awful, would only clean the room every 3 days (they only made the bed, they didn't even change the sheets or ANYTHING), the carpets were so dirty that it stained our socks brown, no soap was provided and hot water was available for the first 30 seconds of the shower and then it's gone, the elevator was absolutely horrendous and was barely functioning. The elevator would make a random thumping sound and would screech all the time to make your ears pop. Definitely don’t recommend this hotel."
