"The hotel was clean and fresh, with a quite large rooms that had balcony and common terrace with breathtaking view. The kitchen is also available 7/24 with free tea and coffee. The staff are people with golden heart, very very kind and and they helped a lot with the transport. Their dog was such a playful cutie pie. Recommending this hotel to everyone wanting to a relaxed stay at an awesome place."

"This should have had a five star rating as the hotel is one of the best boutiques we've found in Georgia. Quirky decor, comfy beds, great bed linen, excellent shower, a very decent hairdryer, and warm and friendly reception staff. However, sadly, the restaurant staff lets it down. The main waitress was arrogant and unfriendly. She initially said she didn't have a table, even though it wasn't full. When we pushed, and said we were staying at the hotel, and pointed out two empty tables, she reluctantly agreed. Food was great, but she had an attitude. Such a shame as all other members of the hotel team were excellent and showed the usual warm Georgian hospitality that we've experienced throughout our two week tour."

"I liked the hotel. It is located in a private house. The hosts are friendly and hospitable. They greeted us with homemade wine and fruit. And in the morning they fed us the breakfast we had missed. The room has a large comfortable bed, a wardrobe, towels, robes, shampoo and shower gel. There is also a large balcony with a table and chairs where you can enjoy your rest and the view of the city."

"very stylish design of the hotel. Cozy and comfortable rooms. very clean and it is equipped with all necessities. There is Veranda in all rooms and has city and mountains view. The employees are supper nice and friendly. after a good rest, you can enjoy the restaurant downstairs with delicious food as well there is also a bar with amazing cocktails, which you can't find anywhere in Kakheti, and large variety of wine"

"Could not ask for a friendlier check in staff. Giorgi was the nicest and most accommodating manager ever. Room is adequate and bed is comfortable. Bath is clean and good sized. I prefer showers but it has the tub/shower style. Room was uncomfortably warm and only cooling available was to open a window. Lots of dining options in the hotel and nearby. Good location."

"This Hotel is far from the City . This is a positive and negative both. The settings are beautiful specially the Qvevre rooms. But their availability is an issue. We stayed in the normal hotel blocks and the rooms are normal as in any other city hotel. The Breakfast has very limited choice and should be improved considering that the Guests have no other choice but to eat there only. Tried vegetable soup once but it was like over boiled vegetables. The Shower in my bathroom was malfunctioning."

"The hotel is at the heart of this interesting town, located in a cobbled street lined with historic attractive buildings. It has been designed and decorated thoughtfully, creating a relaxed ambience. Breakfasts and dinners had style and quality. Our balcony room was large and comfortable, had considerable charm, and we enjoyed our time there. Staff were friendly and helpful, Anna and Jani helped us a lot but most of all Ani helped us hugely. She is a superstar, and made a big difference to our stay - thank you."
