"God morgon jag bokade på hotellet Universum ett rum för Valentine Jag kom med min fru och sen gjorde vi en reservation på restaurangen för en speciell meny Saint Valentine Vi bad oss att komma före 21:30 vad vi gjorde för Att ha den meny som var avsedd för oss, utom att vi kom långt innan för att vara säker på att ha den speciella menyn på valentinerna vi kom klockan 20:45 och vi får veta att det är för sent att det inte längre räcker för alla så jag är mycket besviken jag Jag har bokat en vecka i förväg och jag har fått ett löfte om att vi skulle ha rätt till en speciell meny på valentinerna efter att ha sagt flera gånger vår otillfredsställelse. Vi har fått erbjudandet att göra den meny som var omfattande men med en begränsad mängd är verkligen skadligt för en sådan lägenhet eftersom platsen är vackert hotellet med pool jacuzzi och hammam och fantastisk men restaurangen är inte författaren av den mycket besvikna lägenheten man har rapporterade incidenten på dagen för vår avresa och vi tog 40 € på priset på den speciella menyn Saint Valentine men vi hade föredrat att betala den överenskomna priset och tjänas korrekt som det var överenskomna så det är synd för en sådan Inrättande"

"The hotel service is very good, small and exquisite. You can make your own orange juice and boil soft-boiled eggs in the morning, which is great. The room is the same as the official website photo. The mattress is comfortable, the bed is made every day, and croissants and lemonade are placed in the lobby in the afternoon. If you come back hungry, you can eat one or two first. The only thing is that the wash basin is slow to drain."

"The hotel is well located and the rooms clean, however on Friday 22nd April there was no hot water. There was no message sent to the guests and reception said it was being fixed but had little information. On Saturday there was still no hot water and we were told it would be fixed that day. By the evening at 1900 still not hot water. In the end the reception moved us to the nearby Novotel. We complained and asked for a partial refund from Accor as we are silver members. They told us the hotel would reply. So far we have heard nothing."

"Located away from the bustling streets but not far from the popular sights, this hotel is in a good spot and easy to use for a short stay. Room was snug but worked fine for a night. If staying longer, recommend getting a good sized room as some are on the smaller side. Check-in is digital which didn't work at first as you need to use your phone and app to get into the building and room as there's no reception. Luckily, the help line via phone was able to help resolve the issue. Just ensure you have a functioning phone to enter the hotel as you'll need to use the app. Parking is hit or miss in the surrounding streets, but location was solid."

"25 mins walk to Cathedral. Parking is challenging except for small cars in a secure hotel parking lot for €12 per stay. Local craft beer bistro (Le Croque Bedaine on 153 Rue Colbert) - super friendly owners who are car enthusiasts (Porsche & Japanese sport cars). Nice bar snacks with happy hour till 8pm."
